Breakfast, lobby bar, rooftop bar
Room was small but economically laid out, Bed, linens fabulous! Staff all amazing from front desk, to bell hop, to bartender at the great penthouse bar with a view of Central Park!
The bed was really comfortable.
The staff made a simple reservation change into an annoying situation. The restaurant was over priced. I got told off at the roof top bar for sitting in the wrong area by the security. The room was tiny.
Reception staff and doormen very pleasant.
Normally expect in New York that the Concierge was the focal point for knowledge and what was available. The Concierges were helpful but were more used to Business travellers requirements rather that tourists. Example asked about a transfer back to JFK and was told it would be around $120 but I used the Company I came with for a charge of $82 in a good quality vehicle. No drawers in the bedroom for putting clothes in so ended up putting items under the sink.
The top quality sheets and comfortable bed and pillows
The room was quite, comfortable and clean. The staff very welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful.
Staff, facilities, bed and location were all very good.
It was still very cold (0 degrees) and we set the air con at 74f and it kept cutting in too regularly with noisy vents. Spoilt the sleep on the comfy bed.
there were noise from air cool in the room, especially in the middle of night, could not go into sleep very well.
From beginning to end, the experience at the Viceroy is always a pleasurable one. The air is fragranced so your luxury hotel experience starts when they open the door!
The bed and local facilities were as good as I hoped for. The staff were excellent.
The storage for clothes was very poor and we had to use or bags to store most clothes which is poor. There was plenty of room for more shelves and hooks for coats etc.
Location Cleanliness Staff Comfort
Rates Room was extremely small Fee for Valet Parking

The location, and the Roof and restaurante
The cleaness in the room
Balcony room in a fantastic location! Views from roof bar great! I'll be back
Room a little on small side bit fine for short trip
very well located
too much noise from the bar in the rooftop problems in the bathroom staff is nor willing to help when you reprt problems - saying we are sorry did not solve my noise problems and bathroom problems during 10 days. hiring beautiful people to work in the reception is not ok, they need to be efficient and customer focused
The room connected to next door was not soundproof at all- cut to, 8am on a Sunday morning, hearing our British neighbor having a heated phone conversation for 30 mins. Not impressed.
Great location, discreet and boutique feel to hotel
Staff were not very friendly, rooms were small vs its competitors and rooms looked a little worn. Not value for money
The wonderfull view to Central park from my 26th floor, my luxury suite, in which I was generously invited to move in after having had some troubles with my lock to my room, the heating system, which worked perfectly, the nice Kingside bar... everything!
Service-Team at breakfast seemed to be a little bored..
The hotel is a real haven warm , fragrant and welcoming , the rooms are quiet , comfortable and well equipped . Check out the Roof bar.... great views. A little "uptown" for some but we liked it.
WiFi should be free
Checking out of this overpriced 3 star Htl
20$ for a bucket of ice Sink in bedroom not bathroom

I like all!
