Big room well furnished and supplied
Not in town better directions would have been appreciated. No coffee making facilities - would be improved by providing microwave jug to heat water for tea and coffee even if guests had to provide their own
No handicap facilities toilet too low
In fact this hotel has a big sign "Road Creek Inn", and the addition "Victoria farm house" is poorly seen. And all the problem is that the map and coordinates on the Booking.com are wrong, although the address is right.
We were surprised to find the Victorian Farmhouse was deserted; we eventually discovered that we had to check in at the Road Creek Inn up the road. We were offered a room there instead which was superb.
A minor gripe - the check-in instructions could be clearer.
Location. Good facilities.
Old fashioned and tatty.
We got a better room than we booked. Without any additional cost. We got a breakfast although the booked room was described as "without any food". And the hotel has a soul.
There is nothing I do not like
out in the country, old and comfy. Tim in Wellington review says the rest
quite small, noisy fridge, weak wi-fi
I iked the concept of it and it was quiet and that there was only one other person there. The price was a huge plus!
I had trouble finding it; better signage would have been appreciated. I had trouble opening the door when I left too.
Cute place. Great location, especially for visiting Capitol Reef National Park. The house is surrounded by fields and very quite. A true country experience.
As the manager admitted, it's in need of some maintenance. It hadn't been checked for cleaning since the last guests, so there were dead flies and some areas that needed vacuuming, etc. Biggest gripe was the two beds in the main floor bedroom. One sagged in the middle and the other was on the verge of doing the same.
Charmantes altes Haus - sehr ruhig gelegen
lovely, really as a jump in the past right into a VictorianFarm House. you must like the genre
extremely slow wifi
