“ We stayed in a 2-bedroom apt which was great for us & our 2 kids. I really enjoy having the space to spread out when I'm on vacation. The rooms were super clean & dishware was provided in the kitchen. They have soap, but we had to use our own shampoo. We were going into DC via the metro, which was about 15 - 20 minutes away. ”

It was very convenient to our destination, Washington, dc. We had a shuttle to the train station and we used it everyday we were there. The location was very easy to find and we enjoyed the convenience of an apartment compared to a hotel room. We were there with our daughter and our two grandchildren and we all enjoyed the spacious rooms and private bathrooms. It was very nice, The only thing we did not like was the woman working on the night shift when we got there. I later found out that she was a temporary employee because the regular nite person was off because of her father's illness. I met the regular night person on the day before we left and she was great. The woman who checked us in when we arrived was very nasty. We got there around 6pm and I told her who I was and had a reservation. She then told me that the office closed at 5pm and she could do nothing. I then told her that our keys were supposed to be at the front desk and she replied "well, why didn't you say so" and got off her chair and found the keys in the cabinet next to the desk.I Then asked her if we should take our suitcases in through the front to which she replied, no, I'll open garage c for you and let me know when you are done so I can lock it. She did not tell us where to find our parking space (which took my husband and daughter a half hour to find) nor did she tell us about the fob on the key chain to let yourself in after hours. All in all, she almost spoiled our trip.I Was glad to hear that she was only a temp employee because she was nasty! Everything else at Tysons Corners was wonderful.

Lage Wir haben statt gebuchten 2 Schlafzimmer-Appartment mit je 1 Doppelbett 1Schlafzimmer-Appartment mit nur einem Doppelbett bekommen. Keine fühlte sich zuständig! Kein Service zum Säubern/Putzen

ניקיון, שקט, מיקום לא היה שום מפות , ספרים של הסביבה , נתונים של המקום, ש"ע של העובדים, לא היה שמפו בחדר המקלחת והייתי צריך לנסוע כדי לקנות בחדר הכושר לא היה שום נציג כדי לעזור במתקנים בזמן ה CHECK OUT לא מצאתי אף נציג של החברה גם בשעות העבודה הרשומות בחניה לא היה שום סימונים לתאר הקשר למעליות ומספרי החדרים הייתי כל פעם לנחש איפה אני יורד ואיפה האוטו הטלויזיה בחדר השינה הייתה קטנה מאד ורחוקה
