the friendlyness of the hotel staff,espically Wendall,who sorted out our tour to to the Everglades and our Fishing Trip,and wrote down all the bars for us to go,and malls to go to,for shopping. |

The location was convenient. The bug bites should say it all. Beds and carpets full of fleas or something!! Staff unfriendly! Breakfast not great! Remote for the TV had no batteries I had to buy my own and then when I did the Remote did not work. I reported it twice but no one responded!! |

We stayed in the Da Vinci Suite and we can recommend that to everyone. Just for a few bucks more a bigger room, just perfect. The front desk staff was friendly and gave us a few tips about were to go and what to see in Miami. |

Close to beach and fairly close to shopping/Bars. Bus stop to downtown Miami is on next block and bus is easy to use. Staff friendly and helpful. Car parking on site but at a cost. Write up said bar and restaurant but these were not open. Car parking on site but at a cost. |

The stuff was great - they tryed to solve all our problems at the hotel. Place is not bad. Breakfast is good, but to eat everyday the same eggs and toasts was too much, that must be some diversity. It was not very quiet in the hotel, because of the guests, not because of the hotel, but nevertheless. Breakfast was good, but everyday all the same. Everything in the hotel is old - furniture, pipes have leaks, pool was in service 3 days from 7. The stuff tryes to do their best, but sometimes they cannot do anything. At the same time - not so bad for this money. |

Only stayed for one full day/night. Even though some of the furniture in the room needs to be replaced or refinished (scratches), the room decor was very home like. The large show pillows, the comforter, the tables, and lamps had style. The room was clean. Finally, the staff were great. The pool area needs work or redoing. Only valet parking, which was $16 |

The hotel staff was amazing. We got to the hotel 5 hours early, and they let us check-in anyways. We were so happy to have picked such a friendly place to stay. |

O like almost everything, i was very surprised, stuff were nice, very helpful. We got nice room with small kitchen.I will definitely come again to this hotel!It was close to beach and others like south beach, lincoln road mall.... just small breakfast, there was eggs, toust and ham and some cereals but i like it, its enough. |

The hotel is only a block away from the beach which is very clean and quiet. The staff is very friendly. The room was huge. The bed very comfortable. It's a bit far from where the action is though. But if you main goal is to relax and enjoy the beach, this is the place to stay!! Parking was a pain....! |

Nothing much, the hotel is run down and generally lacked any real character. Contenental Breafast consisted of ssoggy toast, sliced ham and scrambled egg with two cereal choices, coffee and orange juice. Margerine and Grape Jam was available. I booked a suite for three and the bed settee was so old we used it as a settee only. |

Overall I was dissapointed. Very basic facilities and poor breakfast Poor quality of reception staff especially on departure. I had previously agreed a late checkout (due to a trip which they had organised) and was then given a very hard time at departure as there was no record. |
