La posizione vicino al mare, la disponibiltà e la cordialità dello staff, è in una posizione ottima di miami beach, internet gratis in tutta la struttura con possibiltà di chiedere un pc da portare in camera x tutta la durata del soggiorno!!!!sono stato veramente bene!!!

La colazione che non è a buffet è un pò scarsa!!!!

Buona posizione (sul mare e dal centro di Miami Beach dista circa 15-20 min a piedi). Zona comunque ben servita da autobus e taxi. Camere curate e d'effetto.

Se devo trovare una pecca (non un vero e proprio aspetto negativo) è la colazione. Coi voucher breakfast (che vengono consegnati all'arrivo ai turisti che hanno prenotato pernottamento+colazione) si ha diritto solo a una porzione di pane e marmellata+briochina oppure pancake. Porzioni poco abbondanti e nulla a che vedere con la tipica colazione continentale. Niente di salato.

Vicinanza alla spiaggia ed al mare, anche se fuori da Miami South Beach.

Niente di particolarmente negativo anche se tutto quello che viene promesso è presente ma al minimo sindacale...

The decor of the hotel was beautiful. All white with pops of red was interesting and exciting on the eyes. I felt the hotel did a wonderful job taking the small space of the hotel and making it into something worth while. The staff was very courteous and willing to help with any request or question. Our room was small, but extremely clean and sufficient for our needs.

The term 'complimentary' was used very loosely here. What was described as 'complimentary' would often be overshadowed by hidden fees that I was unaware of.

The website is very cleverly done and makes this hotel appear much nicer than it actually is. Apart from the lobby it is like a tired travel inn. It was cheap in comparison to other hotels and there is a reason.

They cater for everything, even get a free coctail every night, clean place, perfect location, staff helpfull and freindly

Elevators are old, they take a long time to arrive from each floor.

Nice design, clean and friendly staff.

Poor Valet service, lack of parking and additional charges on simple things. Breakfast vouchers are misleading.

The reception was nice and the wifi worked great. A free drink every day.

Totally overprized. The pool was broken and cold, no sign or nothing. Full of leavs and dirt. The elevators should have been tested according to the service intervalls but they where a year late and one of them brokedown. Our telephone was broken our tempeture system in the room didn´t work so it was cold as hell, even if we turned off the system(the system didn´t turn off) after explaining for the personal they "fixed" it with turning it off, but didn´t work. 66F every day. The rooms where small, all the staff where from France and the "breakfast" was pointless. They really wanted to sell their breakfast from there menu. Two building across the street where under construction...

Loved the fridge and ashtray. WC nicely appointed. Bed super comfy. TV superior. Staff friendly. Location great.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly, however we did think that the hotel drinks were rather expensive. It is one of the nicest hotels for the price in the South Beach area - we would stay there again without a doubt.

The hotel was very neat and clean. Lobby and pool just perfect. Rooms are clean and bed is very comfy. Overall very, very nice !! Once we arrived staff upgraded our room free of charge, never had to ask!

Staff, best staff ever. Very friendly and willing to help. Staff, for me always make or brake any hotel and at the Red the staff is awesome !!
