Red South Beach Hotel    

The amenities offered were very accommodating and the staff members were friendly. We felt that the location was perfect for our Memorial Day weekend adventure. We were close enough to enjoy the festivities but also in a location away from the crowd so we were able to enjoy moments of peace and quiet.

We did not have access to a microwave which we felt would've been beneficial since we were there four days. There was a refrigerator but no microwave.

I do, the concierge,( Charlie ) she was very nice, kind and polite she help us a lot, and the bartender he works at the restaurant ( evening ), he was very good!!, I think his name is jhony( im no sure )

I didn't like staff on the reception , was a Spanish girl , she never smiles and she didn't help me ,

-The location of the hotel is along the beach and at this place, it is not crowded. -Calm surroundings -Good restaurant -Friendly staff

- Breakfast not included with the room - The rooms need to be renovated

The pool side rooms are very nice and include the fabulous bathroom with rain shower. The food is also very good.

The rooms upstairs are NOT nice and very claustrophobic.

We stayed in red south beach hotel pre cruise.for 2 nites../staff very friendly and helpful.breakfast was lovely.as wer our rooms.beds very comfortable.. Great location.. Donna (ireland)

I really loved this hotel. staff was very nice. I will be back in the near future. everything was good excellent.

not a non smoking hotel on patio where you dine. didn't like the second hand smoke feel it should be a smoke free hotel since everyone does not smoke.

It is poor and nasty hotel, and they have a really bad relation with the price. The attention was so bad and the smell in the elevator so disgusting.

The design, the front desk assistance, staff assistance, parking area near.

A little bit far from restaurants and shops- walking distance wise.

The price for the room would have been fair if the facilities actually matched the modern design the online pictures portrayed. Thing are not up to date or painted to appear as such.

Svimmingpool was god,the staff in resepsjon was friendly,and smiling.

Breakfast was not inkluded. The staff with the breakfast was in bad themper i think. Ekspensive drinks in the bar

Loved the friendly staff and the decor, also it was 1 blk to the beach. The breakfast was very good, we had bacon, eggs and toast with juice and coffee everyday, Club sandwiches were also great. Pool is small but adequate.Great value.

Our bed was not the best, but they did turn the mattress to make it a little better. Noisy due to the construction next door and across the street.

Charlie was wonderful, loved having and dining. Loved the decor and location to beach. Very helpful bell hops.

Dining expensive. A regular cup of coffee was $3.00.

If you go out of your room you' ll always have to keep your room's keys, because cleaners are dishonest and they can take away your room's cards without your permission. Keep your towel's cards with yourself, don't leave these ones in room,so you can get out of fines.we were staying at double room and I leaved my keys and towel card inside my bag in our room and I couldn't find them after our jogging, but we have a spare second person's key.i want to thank a girl from reception.she turned back my key room and towel card and asked me not to tell about this matter to everyone. And then it happened at last day of our staying at this hotel. We always used only one combination of figures, but our safe had been locked when we entered our combination three times.we had to call to staff for help.electrician demonstrated us how to open the safe with instruments))we had to thank him and give some money.i think it's awful and dishonest

The bed was so uncomfortable..happy hour only had one waitress and needed at least two

old/bit dirty rooms some times under-staff so slow service, particularly at the breakfast

I liked the decor and the bed was comfy and not far from the center and more quiet than being right in the heart of South Beach

I did not like the fact that I forgot a few articles of clothing in a dresser drawer and I contacted Hotel day after and they claimed nothing was found..I'm never booking there again!

Reasonable location, solid 3-star hotel, close to beach, hotel provides beach towel/chair.

Not a great value for the money. Ants in the bathroom. Uncomfortable bed. Pool not usable.

Only one elevator working

Rood and slow service. Bad installations. Careless.

We have stayed here before and have been extreemly happy with it, it is now under new management and they are slowly remodernising it. The hotel is clean and staff good, its position is good for beach and walking to shops. The big malls are only a cheap bus trip away.

the remodernising did result in us not having a pool or poolside area to sit out at as they were retiling the whole area. For the two weeks we were there there was no pool available. Only one lift was working the other was being replaced with a new one. With both workmen and other guests, the lift was slow and long waits to get on it. Work on renovating a hotel opposite resulted in a lot of noise early in the morning 0730hrs onwards.
