The owners are very friendly and cooparative. Although check-out time is officially 11am, we could stay until 4pm without problem or additional charges. Although it's called "Hotel" don't expect hotel services. Villa Europa Hotel are mainly appartements. Therefore you cannot count on hotel amenities like soap or daily cleaning.

It was steps away from the beach and boardwalk. Quiet after 10 pm. Lois the owner was just as friendly and helpful as stated in all the reviews I read before booking. Nothing fancy but soooo relaxing, just what I was looking for! I would return without hesitation.

I really enjoyed my stay at villa europa, Luis very helpful and friendly,it is very close to the beach,easy access to trolly bus for shopping etc,privacy in the courtyard when using the barbaque,and last but not least the bicycles which are very relaxing on the prom.

The location was perfect, the room very clean. We were half a block from the beach, and the price was good. Rooms are not huge but nicely proportioned. You could hear the waves from the room. We parked right outside the room. Very nice.

We chose this hotel as a stop over on our way to Miami for the weekend. The price and acommondations were excellent. The room was clean and met our needs just fine. It is not fancy though. We had no issues checking in or with any of the room features. While we were not there to visit the beach, it was in a excellent location if that was what one wanted to do. Only 2 small things. The air blowing thru the vents made something rattle alot. It took a little bit to be able to block it out for sleeping. The other thing is that the water controller for the shower was very stiff and hard to change water temperature. Neither of these things would stop me form returning. We were happy with our stay at Villa Europa.

Great value for your money. Location is excelent, very close to the beach with free parking available which is great. Has all the basics for a great weekend on the beach, like towels, chairs, bikes. Luis, the hotel manager was very helpful and friendly, best I've seen so far in a hotel, made us feel we were really his guests

The owners of Villa Europa went above and beyond any request that we made of them, The Studio had everything that we required, cozy , quaint, clean , comfortable, cold a/c, The kitchen was well equipped as was the studio, The Hotel and grounds were very well kept, even the gas grilles had all the utensils. The waklk to Hollywood Beach and the Boardwalk was like 600 Ft away. I would highly recommend the Villa Europa Hotel and we are planning to return as soon as possible

The location is amazing, right next to the boardwalk/beach with plenty of restaurants etc. The hotel was simple but clean and well equipped and the owners (Josie & her family) were lovely and made us feel so welcome - nothing was too much trouble and they always checked whenever they saw you that everthing was ok. There was allocated parking as well which is a real plus. For the price it was worth every $. Just loved it and will go back every year to celebrate the anniversary of our very special trip this time.

Villa Europa Hotel are more like apartments than a hotel. I had a studio and it was very spacious for 1 or 2. I was a single woman traveling alone, and I felt very safe here. I was able to park a few steps from my door. The staff (Luis & Josie) took a personal interest in making sure that I had everything I needed They were very responsive to our every need. The location was great -near the beach/boardwalk, close to a1a & Miami & Ft Lauderdale.I'd recommend this hotel.

Location was great; Luis at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. He was very pleasant and very accommodating. Room was clean. Parking space was tight, outside light from room across from ours was shining through our blinds, tile in tub was slippery.

Location and price, very friendly staff and room very clean A awfully noisy ac system that is running on the top of the building and that serves all the bedrooms. So it was impossible to stop it an we could not sleep untl 4 am ,totally exausted.. We are not coming back to this place until they replace their A.C.

The owner was so friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel had a lovely atmosphere. The courtyards with the rooms around it were pleasant to sit in, and the beach was literally a minutes walk away. The room was equipped with a range of kitchen equipment, should you wish to cook. The bathroom had complementary toiletries. The area around was peaceful. A lovely little hotel right on the Broadwalk.
