Close to the city center. Service at the front desk was very kind. Internet service is only wireless, which did not work well sometime. Telephone connection to the IT service is not good. |

Rooms have been remodeled since my last stay...very nice. Great flat screen, but it did not turn on....had to have electrician come up and re-boot it! Happened twice, but I survived. Excellent staff! |

The lost&found service was very helpful and I got the shirt I forgot in the wardrobe back in no time, transatlantic! Hotel's location is unbeatable, the decoration modern, clean and up to standard, the staff kind. Definitely recommendable. |

Villa Florence is extremely well located, near Union Square, it is convenient for shopping and for visiting the city. It is very comfortable with a nice restaurant and free access to internet. The bathroom is very small. I would avoid the rooms on the street side as they are very noisy. In the back of the hotel, they are instead very quiet. |

The bar esp breakfast and evening bit to eat, you could have a small pizza or glass of wine with cheese tray. The staff were very helpful offered a good range of sightseeing tours. |

Convenient location on Powell. Pretty much at the centre of everything. Staff were very responsive. "on-site" parking as advertised was maybe 2 blocks away !! and the 2 rooms I booked were to have city views - one definitely did not and the second one had very limited views |

I enjoyed our stay! The room was super cozy and the beds were very comfortable. It was very quiet too. Would definately stay there again. Great location and Kuleto's was awesome for dinner! |

This hotel is very central to shopping and restaurants. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful about booking sight seeing tours and the ballet. Rooms a little on the small side. |

Very convenient location for using public transportation and for walking to various sites. Bathroom was nicely set up and had good water pressure and lots of hot water. |

This hotel is perfect! Close to public transportation. The staff is friendly and helpful. Attached to Kuleto's, an excellent restaurant. The room was clean. Amenities up-to-date. Comfortable bed with nice linens. I requested an upper level room on the back of the hotel and it was very quiet. I traveled alone and felt very safe. Normal city panhandlers, but no problems. |

飛行機の遅れで夜中に到着、満室だったのか、適当に部屋をあてがわれたような小さな部屋で荷物も入れないく- らいの部屋を予約のキングサイズベッドの部屋と同じ料金でその上道路側にに面していて朝の４時まで、雑音が- うるさくて眠れず翌朝クレームを出したら、スムーズに部屋を変えてくれた。予約していた部屋に移してくれた- だけだけど、クレームを出さなかったら、あの狭い独り部屋に同じ料金で３泊4日入れられていたと思うとぞー- っとします。料金もクレームを出しましたが、そのままのキングサイズの部屋料金を取られ納得していません。- ホテル側も文句を言われなければそのままのようなちょっと人を馬鹿にしたような営業はやめて欲しい。英語が- できなかったら高い料金で泣き寝入りをしなければいけなかったのかと疑問に思いました。 ホテルの怠慢な態度は腹が立ちます。いくらハイシーズンでお客が多くても各客を大切にするのがサービス業で- す。高いお金を支払っているので、満室だから知らんぷりして独り部屋にまわすとかクレームがなければきっと- そのままあの小さな部屋でかつ路面電車でとうる道路側のうるさい部屋、クレーム後は素晴らしく予約とうりの- キングサイズベッドの大きな部屋に文句なしに変更、ビジネス業界のこのアメリカで恥ずかしい立派なホテルの- する事でないことにとても不満を感じています。変更後は気分も落ち着きました。 |
