רעש ההמולה מחוץ למלון נשמע בחדרים חיצוניים. מעט בעייתי.

המלון נמצא בלב כיכר יוניון ממש במרכז קרוב להכל.

המלון יקר מאוד ביחס לתמורה שמקבלים. ריח נוראי במסדרונות ואינטרנט שבקושי זז

מיקום מדהים, לובי המלון מאד יפה, הצוות נהדר ! מלון מאד מומלץ לטיול עירוני

החדר די קטן....

המיקום בסדר גמור, קרוב להרבה מסעדות מרכזי קניות,ותחבורה ציבורית. הצוות היה ידידותי, המלון מעוצב יפה. יש מדפסת צבעונית חינם ומחשבים עם אינטרנט לשימוש האורחים.

החדר היה זעיר עד כדי כך שבקושי היה מקום להניח את המזוודות. עלות החנייה הינה שערורייתית כ-50 דולר ליום חניה. השירותים שהמלון מספק כגון מסעדה ומיני בר במחירים גבוהים מאד. בלילות לא אחת מתעוררים לצלילי שיכורים/הומלסים ותחבורה מתחת לחלון, כמו כן בשעות הבוקר יש רעש מהתחבורה ברחוב. יש המון הומלסים בסביבה. העיצוב בחדר אמנם מנסה להיות יוקרתי אולם רואים שמדובר בחדר לא ממש חדש, ועיצוב לא ממש יוקרתי.

Big rooms, modern tech (last 3 years), great location, restaurant looked great but didn't eat there.

The hotel is relatively expensive however not out of line for SF, the decor of the hotel was looking rather dated and brought down my rating. Also the bathroom was dated, with toiletry pumps rather than individual bottles, towels where not up to modern standards.

The staff was great, very friendly and helpful. The place was nice, a bit fancy and very well kept. Room service was quick and the food tasted great, not your normal 'prefrozen' hotel food. Even though I was visiting for business the location of the hotel put me in the middle of all the great restaurants and shops, it's was perfect.

great location - close to shopping and restaurants, great service - we mentoned that we were there for our anniversary and they sent up a bottle of wine.

I like the staff that was authenticaly friendly, not pressured to be nice. I liked the relaxed ambiance, the cosy feeling even if it is in tje middle of the center

I have nothing to mention that i didn't like.

I love the Boutique feel -I really don't like chain hotels and this hotel is unique - love the art work, the lobby, the high ceilings, the little bistro, the airiness, the colours, the 'old' feel (in a good way) - reminds me of the Sylvia Hotel, my all-time favorite, in Vancouver BC

getting take-away coffee from the bistro was not easy to get - seemed an inconveniece to the staff - would LOVE to see a coffee-style place in the lobby, but we just went next door to Bellini so that was good enough

Location and bar and restaurant right at hotel. Comfortable bed, updated bathroom.

Carpet had a funky smell in hallway on 7th floor.

Location of the hotel. We were given a better room after disapproving of the first room we were given which was run-down and located somewhere in the back of the hotel facing a brick wall with no view.

inability to control air-conditioning/room temperature. Very noisy location (outdoor traffic). No door to bathroom sink. All sorts of admin fees added to the bill which were not mentioned anywhere prior.

We love the location! Always stay there . we have monthly trip to sf and this is the prime location..

This time I was not pleased with the cleanliness of the room. I had dropped a hair clip which went under the bed and I was amazed at how much dirt/garbage was under the bed. I let the front desk staff know and to inform the housekeeping department. It wouldn't keep me from staying there again. It is always a joy and great accommodations.

Felt robbed when I had to pay for all the booked nights after I had decided to leave the hotel 1 night earlier. I can well understand to be charged for a no-show, but it is ridiculous to pay (even city taxes) for the night I didn´t use the hotel.

The location of this hotel is fantastic if you want to do the touristy things. It's on the cable car stop and just a few blocks from a great mall. We took a tour to Napa on a limo bus that picked us up at Union Square park and it turned out to be perfect. I've stayed here before and will stay here again! The staff was fantastic!

Our particular room was right next door to the fitness center and I could hear the people running on the treadmill very early in the morning.

I pay to much for this stay, inicial Inhac a price in booking, but the final price increased a lot! I would not stay here again for for this price and if I new it's was going to cost so much, I've chosed another one. It's not the first ti,e this happen to me and it's always when I buy from bookings.... Bad!!!

Service. Very accomidating. Staff very professional. We most definitely will stay again in the future.

Noise level on street was unbearable. There was so much noise, staff moved our room to a quieter location.

Once you got out of the elevator the carpet was very old and there was a terrible smell in the hotel which seemed to be just an old smell. Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. This hotel is very very overpriced. Very dissappointed.

Staff were lovely, very helpful and very friendly. Rooms were spotless and position of hotel in San Francisco is perfect.
