The rooms very very comfortable and clean Close to the airport as we needed to pick up family coming in early the nrxt morning. Occasional airport noise

The interior design - halls, corridors and rooms are nicely decorated. The pillows were too high and I had to use a towell as a pillow. It would to be good to offer at least one lower pillow

Very easy access to San Francisco International Airport. Taxi ride to and from airport included in hotel price. Good breakfast. Nice room. Noise from planes overhead but it's very near the airport!

Superb location for sfo. Make sure you call the reception if you need the free transfer. The hotel itself was very, very comfortable. The rooms are huge and the tv, bathroom, bed were all extremely high quality for the price we paid. There is a small plunge pool and sauna also. The breakfast was perfect too. Lots of choice and ideal before our long haul flight back to London. Don't hesitate to stay here.

The spa/sauna was brilliant. The breakfast was nice and friendly staff. The bedding was abit bizarre. Even when the aircon was on I was incredibly hot still which then affected my sleep. However this may have just been me! Apart from that the hotel was lovely.

Perfekt gelegenes Hotel, keine Parkgebühren in der hoteleigenen Tiefgarage. In 15 min ist man zu Fuß an der BART- Station, mit dem man in 30 min in downtown San Francisco ist. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und man bekommt sogar jeden Tag ein Glas Wein kostenlos, Sehr zu empfehlen, ob mit oder ohne Auto! Das Frühstück ist wie überall in USA noch ausbaufähig. Das einzige nicht "Süße" ist eine Schmierkäse... :-)

Grosses sauberes, liebevoll eingerichtetes Zimmer und Badezimmer der hot pool war auch sauebr und schön. Sehr freundliches Personal. Feines Frühstücksbuffet. Der taxiservice zum Flughafen hat auch bestens geklappt.

Ruime en verzorgde kamers,in de onmiddelijke omgeving voldoende eetfaciliteiten Wat een beetje spijtig was is dat we meedeelden bij incheck dat we zeer vroeg moesten vertrekken voor onze vlucht terug naar Belgie,waardoor we incl.Breakf.misten.We vroegen of we eventueel iets kleins konden nuttigen,dit was niet mogelijk.Eigenlijk vind ik dat ze dan wel iets van de prijs konden doen ook. Quiet, modern, clean & new. Walls must be sound proofed because you couldn't hear hallway or airplane noise. make sure you look for the spa. Slight mustiness when I entered room. It cleared when I opened the window

It was very close to San Francisco Airport and the taxi service arrived on time. They offered a nice breakfast which was included in the price. The person at the check-in desk was not particularly friendly or helpful when the key he had given us did not work. The room was extremely small and on a busy street.
