Piccolo ma strutturato bene

Pulizia, il monolocale e' da ristrutturare, mancava il phon.

Ottima Location, la zona in cui si trova l'appartamento è quella universitaria e dista a pochi metri dalla fermata della metropolitana ed inoltre vi si trovano numerosi negozi, bar e fast food accesibili a qualsiasi ora. L'ambiente è tranquillo e pieno di giovani. Per quanto riguarda l'appartamento noi l'abbiamo trovato pulito e spazioso considerando che era un monolocale e noi eravamo in tre. Portineria 24h su 24h. Rapporto qualità/prezzo Ottimo! Consigliato!!!!!

L'appartamento dove abbiamo soggiornato si trova in Waverly Place, praticamente a Washington Park, inizio della 5th Avenue. Posizione strepitosa, vicino a belle abitazioni stile vittoriano. Il parco sede di concerti e manifestazioni, sempre animato e accogliente.La sistemazione in questo piccolo monolocale ci ha concesso di preparare la colazione del mattino e di riscaldarci qualche pasto acquistato nei super fornit supermercati del quartiere. Per fortuna le finestre davano sul retro ed era quindi molto tranquillo, compatibilmente con il traffico di Manhattan. Il prezzo decisamente buono : circa 130 euro a notte comprese tasse e spese.

The staff were amazing and we were able to fit a few people in the room making it cheaper. It's not luxurious but we didn't spend hours in the room. And the location was great and the space was a perfect flat.

The oven smelled like we were getting carbon monoxide poisoning

Relative price, proximity to parking garage and Union Square.

There was no toilet paper. We asked for it on arrival, were told it would be delivered the next day but that did not happen. The lights in the closet and hallway didn't work; we were told maintenance would not be available until Monday, the day we left. The bathroom ceiling was in need of plastering and there was black mold in several places. We were given 3 small, threadbare towels, one of which was frayed. The refrigerator was in need of defrosting and there was a filthy hotplate balanced precariously on top of the kitchen cabinets.

Great location, and 24 hour doormen were all very pleasant and helpful. Apartment is student housing grade - many coats of paint on every surface, no decor or luxuries, with minimal basic furniture. The ac worked fine in a heatwave and there was plenty of hot water and good water pressure for showers. Not a place to entertain, or even linger, but a very good value per square foot for a prime location at nyu.

Only one key is available for the unit, but the doorman agreed to hold it for us so we could separate during the day. Renters should be told how/where to put trash mid-stay, as there is no housekeeping provided.

The badest Place I ever Seen ! All broken, Old And Dirty !!! Aircondition so Noise you cannot sleep at Night ! The Apartment is only a nightmare !!!

The location was convenient and close to all public transportation.

The bathroom was too small....ok it was city living but it needed a proper shower curtain not a 'window' curtain. This caused water to be on the floor. Don't think you should list the apartment as sleeping up to 6 people. It sleeps 4 comfortable. The futon/bed isn't comfortable enough to sleep on. The doorman should have access to the cleaning supplies on the weekend. We ran out of toilet paper and was told we had to wait until Monday when the cleaning person would be back.

Location was great, close to the Washington Square and NYU.

We stayed in a studio for 3 people for one night. The studio was nice, clean, comfortable and well air-conditioned. Kitchen and full-sized fridge were the great benefit.

There was not a hairdryer. Since it was important for me I contacted the apartaments staff prior our visit and received the answer: "We do provide hair dryers. All utilities and amenities are included with in the accommodation." Thus I was disappointed when didn't find a hairdryer in the studio.

It was clean,inexpensive and it a location that had plenty of street parking.

The bathroom is tiny.

Location is good. Near to subway. Not noisy. Good price for this location. хорошее месторасроложение. Метро близко. Не шумно.

Everything is old. Only wired internet but it is strong. No rug. Hard to close doors. Small bathroom. For real its place only for sleep. Дизайн ужасен. Стены покрашены не професионально. Уборная комната мала. Нет ковра. Нет Wi-Fi.Только проводной интернет, но быстрый.

The service of the office who is in charge of the building, is pretty bad. Bad communication: not getting through to be able to speak to an agent and when writing emails (instead) to the office, no one ever got back to me. Otherwise I guess you cant really expect much for a place in Manhattan for that price. Still it wouldnt hurt, if the office would be a bit more helpful and communicative.

The location is fantastic, very close to nyu, convenient to the subway, tons of restaurants in the area. Internet is included with the room, although no wireless.

The apartment needed a bit of upkeep, broken frame and slats on one of the beds, layers of paint slapped on every surface, extension cords run from one part of the apartment to another, broken tiles, broken latch on the bathroom door. Everything more or less worked, but the impression was a bit more bohemian than you'd expect for $300 a night.

For my family and me, there were too many negatives.

Price and position

It's not an hotel, but in a very big building there are some apartments available to rent. There isn't an hotel staff, just a person that give you the keys at your arrival. If you need something else, you can't ask to the guy at the front office because he doesn't work for the residence. There isn't the possibility to store your baggage after check out.

Great location in Greenwich Village. Table and microwave oven in the room so we could have dinner and breakfast.

The appartments are not part of a hotel, but in a building, so it was confusing at first. But the concierges were nice and helpful. Very very small bathroom. We could not get internet (with the cable/TV) to work.

the room was rather large ans spacious and the kitchen, although very poorly furnished, useful.

זה לא מלון אלא בית דירות להשכרה, שנימצא במקום מצוין , אך החדרים מוזנחים בצורה מחרידה: מלוכלך, מצעים קרועים, רהיטים הרוסים, אמבטיה מתקלפת, אין זרם מיים, ברזים נוזלים, אין תחזוקה, אין אחראי, המעלית מםריחה הקירות מחוסות בבדים מגעילים, מזעזע!!! לא ממליצה לאף אחד! לאתר ממליצה לבדוק את המקום לפני פרסום באתר זה לא לכבודכם! במקום להינות מהשיהות בעיר, חצי יום בזבזנו בחיפושים מלון אחר. לא מומלץ להגיע לשם, כי גם המחיר הוא כמו במלון רגיל 200 $ ללילה לזוג
