The bar and restaurant were very nice with good food and good service They only supplied one days worth of toiletries for a 6 day stay. They also need another pool closer to the far west villas. The complex has outgrown the parking area needed for the clubhouse/pool. Longer pool hours would be a big improvement. Marginal cell coverage area. |

The resort itself is lovely just what you'd want. Unfortunately they let to large groups, E.G. football teams,etc. so swamp the facilities, spa pools, gym, sunbeds so you are crowded. The meals were nice and quite reasonable, the bar shut too early before 10pm every night even through Xmas. Often no towels avail at pool the spa/steam room/sauna got broken last day of our stay! Wristbands for pool! Our Villa was 6 miles away from the resort not 100 yards as stated in the description. The staff said it was not their problem but the booking agency. I emailed twice but received no response. We could have booked an independent villa for half the price we were charged for the hotel. The villa we were given was dirty, skum round the bath, dishwasher dirty, sweet wrappers in sofa, etc. etc. |
