Quiet and clean

The resort was very quiet and secured

No starter kit provided ,bedrooms on top floor were very hot they had no a/c I was told this was normal.Also we did not rest comfortable because the a/c made a loud banging sound at times. My family caught very bad colds due to hot bedrooms,also there was no T.Vs in 2nd & 3rd bedrooms.Game at game rooms did not work properly a waste of money.There is no one on property to voice your complaint.

It is quit and clean from outside

that nobody except the person at the gate was in the facility for questions

The condo was very nice and clean. The pool facilities were very nice and the guard at the gate was very pleasant.

The pull out couch was extremely uncomfortable. You can feel the springs right through the mattress. Probably the worst I have ever seen in a hotel. I did not sleep for 4 nights. I also think when you have eight people staying in the room you need more towels than we were given. I also feel you should supply some pool towels so that we did not have to take the few that we had for showers.

Our vacation house was perfect. It was close to all amenities and facilities, pool etc. were perfect for a young family of 4.

The apt size was pretty good, what makes a long stay more confortable. The shopping area nearby is excelent, with supermarket, fast food restaurants and so on. But you will need a car anyway.

The inicial cleaning could be much better. There was dusty beneth the fridge. The pans are difficult to wash. The internet acess is pricy: $0.30 a minute and $ 18.00 an hour! And I could not find a lanhouse nearby.

think housekeeping could have been better. Found rag in refrigerator, Mylanta in med. cabinet in downstairs bathroom, smoke detectors chirped, air conditioner wouldn't stay set.

The club house and swmming pool area was excellent.

Upon my arrivial the beds in the room had not been cleaned and I had to call management office to have townhome cleaned and all linen changed immediately! Also hotel listed cable tv, there was not cable stations available.

Reservado, hermoso, seguro, el lago y su casa club, el mantenimiento, lo comodo para accesar a las instalaciones.

Que el senor de seguridad no me ayudara cuando le solicite que me ayudara al no poder abrir la puerta por codigo equivocado. Me respondio que ese no era asunto suyo y no busco la forma de ayudarme. Esto fue el dia de la llegada 27.11.09 a las 10 pm. Me aqyudaron los huespedes vecinos a mi ap'aratamento quiens llamaron al gerente.

Netheid, Rust, Comfort, ligging... Vanaf de aankomst tot het vertrek een aangename tijd gehad. Alles aanwezig in huisje... Alle activiteiten binnen 20min rijden met de auto (Disney, Universal)
