Netheid, Rust, Comfort, ligging... Vanaf de aankomst tot het vertrek een aangename tijd gehad. Alles aanwezig in huisje... Alle activiteiten binnen 20min rijden met de auto (Disney, Universal) |

Mooie condo's met veel ruimte en veel faciliteiten zoals wasmachine, droger, vaatwasser en oven. Ook op het park is een zwembad, jaccuzi, bbq plekke, speeltuin clubhouse met gamesroom en internet. |

The unit was very roomy, and had all the ammenities. Check-in was fast and easy. Inside the unit, every other wall had some sort of notice posted, warning of possible additional fees. "If you don't do this, you will be charged a fee of $75." "If you do this or this, you will be charged an additional $60" To top it off, the notices had poor grammar! |

The resort was very quiet and secured No starter kit provided ,bedrooms on top floor were very hot they had no a/c I was told this was normal.Also we did not rest comfortable because the a/c made a loud banging sound at times. My family caught very bad colds due to hot bedrooms,also there was no T.Vs in 2nd & 3rd bedrooms.Game at game rooms did not work properly a waste of money.There is no one on property to voice your complaint. |

We enjoyed that there was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen needed some pans for baking. Also, I ended up with rash from the comforter in the master bedroom. |

Small village aspects. The exterior look of the houses. The proximity of nature : turtles, sandhill crane, ibises, anhingas on the site. The proximity of Disney's (6.6 miles) without having to be stuck in costlier Disney Resorts. The security and calmness of the site. Sofas and beds were not that confortable. The'yd have to be changed. Too many signs of do's and don'ts. |

The condo was very nice and clean. The pool facilities were very nice and the guard at the gate was very pleasant. The pull out couch was extremely uncomfortable. You can feel the springs right through the mattress. Probably the worst I have ever seen in a hotel. I did not sleep for 4 nights. I also think when you have eight people staying in the room you need more towels than we were given. I also feel you should supply some pool towels so that we did not have to take the few that we had for showers. |

Very new and nice. Very clean. Nice ammenities. Really a steal at that price. Hot tub wasn't hot the one night (community tub). Limited hot water in the townhouse itself. Checkin was painful since this isn't actually a hotel. However that was mostly my screwup and the staff at the mgmt company made it an easy fix. |

The apt size was pretty good, what makes a long stay more confortable. The shopping area nearby is excelent, with supermarket, fast food restaurants and so on. But you will need a car anyway. The inicial cleaning could be much better. There was dusty beneth the fridge. The pans are difficult to wash. The internet acess is pricy: $0.30 a minute and $ 18.00 an hour! And I could not find a lanhouse nearby. |

convenient think housekeeping could have been better. Found rag in refrigerator, Mylanta in med. cabinet in downstairs bathroom, smoke detectors chirped, air conditioner wouldn't stay set. |

The easy access to shopping areas the key system wasnt sure if the door was locked at night did not have any info on how it works.The bathroom wasnt all that clean esp.around the bath area needed chaulking and you could see the slime buildup there.It was a good thing i travel with soap, as the one there was all cracked up, paper towels and my necessities that i would normally find at other resorts. |

The club house and swmming pool area was excellent. Upon my arrivial the beds in the room had not been cleaned and I had to call management office to have townhome cleaned and all linen changed immediately! Also hotel listed cable tv, there was not cable stations available. |

Nice house, good location, great pool Lists of rules all over the house. The bed was the least comfortable of all the places we stayed in Canada and USA.Even though it was self catering it would have been helpful to have a few more basic items available when we arrived e.g. even salt and peper pots were empty.Still not received final confirmation that account settled although promised it would be sent by email. |

Reservado, hermoso, seguro, el lago y su casa club, el mantenimiento, lo comodo para accesar a las instalaciones. Que el senor de seguridad no me ayudara cuando le solicite que me ayudara al no poder abrir la puerta por codigo equivocado. Me respondio que ese no era asunto suyo y no busco la forma de ayudarme. Esto fue el dia de la llegada 27.11.09 a las 10 pm. Me aqyudaron los huespedes vecinos a mi ap'aratamento quiens llamaron al gerente. |
