The location was great, 5 minutes away from where my family lives. Being able to buy groceries and cook our meals right there saved us money. The kitchen wss stocked with high quality dishes and cookware. Big plus. Apartment was very clean. The staff was awesome.

I have nothing negative to say!!!

loved the hot tub great having the 2 bedrooms and we really enjoyed the full kitchen... we will stay again, kinda disappointed that there were no room pricing to take home with us. All in all we had a fantastic stay.... Kind regards, Nancy Tschikof

our door locks, only given 2 keys there were 4 of us. Then one of the 2 we had stopped working....the staff was very helpful with the issue. Hopefully it is all fixed up for the next guests that stay....

    Great area, nice rooms.

Beds are a bit hard, I should note however; I use a Sleep Number bed that is very soft.

Loved the workout room and full kitchen!

The sofa pullout in the loft was SO uncomfortable our son had to sleep on the sofa downstairs. He said it was the worst bed he ever slept on. (unit 9) He also said the internet was very slow.

The two bedroom apartment was big and comfortable and the rate was reasonable.

    The wifi was very slow.

The villa was lovely and had plenty of room for the four of us and every amenity to relax and enjoy the weekend. I would definitely stay there again!

The villa itself was very well appointed and equipped with all mod cons necessary for a very comfortable stay. The hot tub in the back yard with views of the Black Mountain was wonderful and the kitchen allowed us to self-cater well most of the time. The desert setting was a complete contrast to the metro areas with great night skies - we even disturbed a herd of Javelinas in the parking lot one evening. A trek to the top of Black Mountain (from the doorstep) is a must. Check out the local library in Cave Creek (opposite side of the junction) where the staff are very helpful about things to see and do. We did two hikes in the nearby Cave Creek Recreation Park which was a fascinating place. For food shopping it is worth heading back down Cave Creek road towards Phoenix for the Safeway which has eveything. The pool and BBQ areas in the cntre of the villas were a great place to relax in the sun and we found all the on site staff very helpful - inlcuding when we managed to lock oursleves out of our villa one evening! The villas comfortably sleep 6 people with 2 bathrooms and are very good value for money - I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing semi self catered break.

The town of Cave Creek is a bit cheesy with a lot of slightly tacky 'wild west' style bars and restaurants. Also, like a lot of places in the US, there are no pavements (sidewalks) or street lights which makes walking to the local restaurants in the evening a bit hazardous - take a torch! I couldn't fault the villa apart from the fact that the ice maker in our freezer didn't work (but the staff quickly provided some) and I also had to buy a cable from the local Walmart to connect my iPod to the Bose sound system - but it was great after that.
