Our stay was horrible the staff was rude and our room was a sweat box it was the temperature was 87 in the room and could not get it below 85. The only good thing about this hotel was it's location. |

the desk staff were helpful and the bed comfortable. light fittings not working or broken, as was bathroom mirror and cupboard door. Floor damaged. It seemed very basic for a 4 star hotel, more like a 2 star. The gym access was not available until 9am, and tea and coffee were not available for early risers. |

The staff was helpful and sincerely attempted to meet our needs. The lower floors smell of cigarette smoke, but the hotel is upgrading these floors. The upper floors are much nicer. The hotel is upgrading generally throughout. |

The lady at the reception was kind & helpfull .The Man (Bell Boy) at the entrence was very kind & helpfull.The Hotel location is Perfect for touring the city. To change the air condition to a new and modern one because it was very noisy |

The bed was comfortable and the location was good. The service after hours was not good. We stayed for just two nights. After our first night they removed our duvet and even though we called down to reception 4 times to ask them for extra blankets, they were never delivered to our room. The bathroom was tiny and the room smelled of cigarette smoke even though we asked for a non-smoking room. |

The room preference to have 2 beds was not communicated to the hotel via booking.com - I put it in the comments/special requests section. The girl at the front desk was very helpful in getting me a room to suit my needs. The hotel was beautiful, clean and an excellent value for the money. |

24 hour always friendly front desk service Amenities mentioned (luxury bathrobe, clock radio, and iPod cradle) missing from room I checked into and room I went to for upgrade. The coffee/tea makings are no longer in rooms, but they didn't tell me that until I asked. Further, the hotel didn't offer to discount my stay for amenities missing in the room even at checkout. |

Convenient for city trip. The front desk does not looks professional. Front desk does not fit my request to keep same room that I need in my first stay (room 603) while charge same money on smaller room in my second stay (room 406) |

The room size was good. Beds were comfortable. Pretty quiet except one night when they had a dance party downstairs. Maid service was not good. Never enough towels. Didn't replace the toiletries. Left trash on the bathroom floor. Hotel rooms are looking a little shabby. Not as nice as when I used to stay there a few years ago. |

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I still got breakfast served, even the breakfast buffet was already closed. The rooms are very spacious but appear a bit shabby. The location of the Hotel is great, just 2 streets away from Empire state, Broadway, Park Ave and almost located on 5th - for Sightseeing and shopping highly recommended. The rooms are not in a very good shape, but for midtown manhattan I haven't expected something better. |
