We arrived late at night (previously agreed) to be given the wrong type
of room. I'd even emailed a couple of days earlier to confirm
we'd have two separate beds - was told all rooms of this type have
two queen beds and a sofa bed. Very tired after long transatlantic
flight, we had to wait till the sofa bed was made up. Were changed to
the booked room the following evening, but they seemed to think
they'd given us a free upgrade. No offer of recompense for the
cheaper first night room was offered. Noisy air con, no bar, no
alcoholic drinks in mini bar in room - that's a first for me!
Leaving at 4am for an early flight, they wouldn't let us pay the
night before, to save time in the morning.
Very comfortable bed, nice bathroom, central, yet quiet situation.
