location was excellent for a shopping trip , all major stores within walking distance.
Hotel has no bar and only a small reception area so no where to relax except in bedroom.
Such a lovely hotel , wonderful staff, great location , spacious rooms
Staff is a one! Had a standard room and had to upgrade and the staff were good about it.
The room itself was decent but the furniture was a little beat up in both of the rooms I stayed in. The bathroom was good however.
the elevator was broken. We stayed last year, the elevator was broken! We were originally given a suite, the couch was in need of a good cleaning
pillows were to big and hard the elevators, too slow and only one was functioning. Front desk clerks were very rude! I will never stay there again.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location with everything one might needs around. Large room (and I had the privilege to be upgraded). Large bathroom. Nice breakfast. Manager very much on top of everything.
No restaurant, but this is not a hurdle as there are plenty around. Not much natural light but also not a real minus.
Customer service was excellent. Coffee/hot chocolate facilities in foyer appreciated. Very comfortable beds. No view but no traffic noise so slept well. Good location.
elevator slow and omly 1 working
Staff, location, rooms and service
Very friendly staff Very clean Well appointed Well located Well priced Exceptional experience
No tea/coffee making facilities in room
Lack of facilities.
Extremly noisy - even on the 10th floor Toilet flush was out of order and filling water all night long Check-out stuff very unfriedly
Given that we were celebrating my wife's 40th birthday I would have thought that it could have been acknowledged with a card or cake or room upgrade
View from room No tea/coffee facilities in room Small lounge area
Only the Location...
Everything else were OK not Excellent..
Suite was a good size
No bar/restaurant and we had a leak in the bathroom which we had to report twice to fix. Plus housekeeping didn't clean one day as they were late getting round
Handy for subway which was so easy and safe to use. 2 blocks from Macy's half hour walk to Central Park, Grenwich Village & Times Square.
No decent eating places local all Korean.
The staff was excellent. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
The staff could not have been more helpful, polite, and friendly. Location is convenient to all transportation. Bed was comfy.
Disliked having to request ice and enough glasses.
Staff was pleasant and helpful. The hotel entrance was warm and welcoming.
There was construction going on outside the room. Little noise in the am. Staff knocking on room door early to clean and full bar.
We found that all the staff were friendly, polite, and very helpful. The room was small, but clean, and very comfortable. We loved that even though the room was on the smaller side, the bathroom was large and VERY clean. We also loved the fact that we could get all kinds of coffee and tea 24hrs a day! We plan on returning next year for our annual trip to NYC.
The hotel itself is not bad, nothing outstanding, a little on the frumpy side, but clean, warm, comfortable, and in a great location. The front desk staff was very helpful in assisting in all kinds of manners.
The room was smaller than pictured at time of booking. When I mentioned this to the manager all she said, "I thank you for your opinion." When I asked her for a late check out she wanted to charge me $75 for 1 hour! We also paid $50 for checking in earlier. That was acceptable, but the manager's response was not.
large room, super-comfy bed, big bathroom, good shower, plenty of towels, in-room refridgerator, in-room sofa, gym
wifi can be very frustrating to get logged on, and stay on, drops repeatedly, on different platforms, on different devices, within any one 24 hour period. Very limited public lounge space - not great if you need somewhere to meet clients/visitors for a coffee. No facility to make a hot drink in-room. TV in gym difficult to access.
Loved the location, the room and the staff.
The room I had included two twin beds. Nothing wrong with that. Just that neither was very comfortable.
My room was extremely quiet! I was first concerned that I was on a lower floor and would hear the traffic on the street....but I didn't hear a sound! Also room was very comfy.
The wi fi single was just ok. Also, operating the TV from the remote was difficult.
