Не очень хороший район. Вокруг небольшой чайнатаун. Явно не 4*, при этом цена почти как в нормальных 4* в районе центрального парка. |

The room size was good. Beds were comfortable. Pretty quiet except one night when they had a dance party downstairs. Maid service was not good. Never enough towels. Didn't replace the toiletries. Left trash on the bathroom floor. Hotel rooms are looking a little shabby. Not as nice as when I used to stay there a few years ago. |

The hotel was very nice for New York City. Not what I would consider 4 star in other cities, but sufficient for New York. The Staff were very friendly and all was nice. |

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I still got breakfast served, even the breakfast buffet was already closed. The rooms are very spacious but appear a bit shabby. The location of the Hotel is great, just 2 streets away from Empire state, Broadway, Park Ave and almost located on 5th - for Sightseeing and shopping highly recommended. The rooms are not in a very good shape, but for midtown manhattan I haven't expected something better. |

Beautiful big room, wood floor, no heavy carpets Windows view - internal yard - staircases. Was not possible to open the window as the smell from the kitchen was coming up to the room |

Very good location!You are middle of everything and from hotel it is easy to walk all places in new York.Safety,peacefull,beautifull and clean hotel. Suite/Juonior Suite price should includ breakfast! |

The staff were friendly courteous and polite in the main, cleanliness of the room was excellent each day, the bottlr of sparkling wine received to celebrate our silver wedding was very much apreciated. The air conditioning in the room did not work for the entire 5 days we stayed there. The staff knew about it but couldn't do anything about it. This meant we had to sleep with the window open, because it was uncomfortable, and hence the room was noisy as well. The stocked mini bar in the fridge was a waste of time, as it would not plug in. |

Convenient location, deluxe suite was spacious, free newspapers were nice, easy to get taxi or walk anywhere Staff was polite, but when I questioned an item on the bill we were not able to have it attended to since we were checking out at 6 am. I wrote a note to the manager before we left for the airport and when I called after arrival she had not received it; if I had not followed up, it would not have been attended to. |

The staff were courteous, the room was spacious and comfortable and the shower was effective. The breakfast coffee was delicious. We were surprised at the number of taxes that were added to the final account and maybe this could be made clearer at booking. We were also a little disappointed, apart from the first day, with the quality of the free breakfast, apart from the coffee, which was delicious. If we arrived after 6. |

Location of the hotel is excellent. The rooms are somewhat dated and in need of a makeover. The bathrobes and minibar which where promised failed to materialise. Our toilet was blocked when we arrived and even though they came straight away to fix, we still had to call them back a couple of more times during our stay. |

I had an awful stay. The AC and the TV did not work. The mini bar was locked. There was no tea making facilities ( there were meant to be according to their brochure. I paid for a third bed in the room but they failed to provide either pillows or a duvet. I would not recommend this hotel at all and ended up moved after one ngiht to another hotel as it was so awful. |

It was a pretty looking room. The AC didn't work, and I called 3 times to get it fixed, but nobody came. The electronics in the room are outdated. The staff is not friendly with anybody that I saw, including me. |
