Clean and cheap
Out dated furniture, TV, casino.
Outdated and old. Bathroom and television were bad.
Value pricing for room -excellent..clean room n amenities was good..
Smoking people next door...shower head a little extreme n amount of water coming out of shower head...noising heater...
The fact u have to go across parking lot to get to the casino.
The TV is old
the beds!!! needs updating! pretty sure the casino makes enough money to cover updates on the rooms!
Having a central location to stay on our way back from Disney.
Checking in. We arrived there first at about 5:00 pm after leaving california. We had made the reservations under our name, but since we had requested 3 rooms (7 adults and 4 children) we had to say who was in the other 2 rooms, we were allowed to check in, but had to waiit for the others to arrive before we could get the other rooms, even though we paid for all of them. Never again book this way! Only hotel out of 4 during our vacation that was this way. The supervisor could have cared less. So not impressed with their check in procedure.
Location and price of the room and the food.
The sink in the bedroom.
Staff were very knowledgable .Friendly and helpful. Excellent value for food in the resturaunt.
were not able to hook up to internet.
The beds are soft and comfortable. The wi-fi works great, the grounds are beautifully kept, and the staff is very friendly.
For some reason, our room smelled like a strong cleaning solution.
No shampoo. Charged 1.25 for coffee at the bar after spending hundreds gambling the night before. .really?
Noise hot tub was close down
The rooms were great.
don't know why the casino has to be so smoke or have any smokers at all ,We would stay and play longer but our eye start to burn from the smoke so just leave .
Location rite off the freeway easy in and out.
Clean, confortable rooms. Good value for lodging and food. Easy off and on the Interstate.
No refrigerators in rooms. Not good with travelers who need one to keep certain medications cold. Air conditioners in some rooms are really, really noisy.
The bowling ally and arcade are easily accessible. Buffet was good value.
The price and location made it a good place to stay on my way into Las Vegas.
The room was as basic as it could be without removing the bed. The TV was the smallest I have seen in years. The obvious intent is for customers to spend most of their time at the casino.
Virtually no amenities...no coffee, tiny TV, etc.
They did not get my reservation from booking.com had to wait while they called for longer then should if my information was already there.
Large double bedroom, though quite basic, swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Excellent buffet breakfast and dinner in the restaurant, the café is 24hrs but not as pleasant as the restaurant. Room was cleaned and tidied every day. The restaurant, bar and cleaning staff were friendly.
The reception staff, not that helpful or friendly. The smoke filled atmosphere of the casino. No access to buses or taxis to take you to local town, Mesquite. No shop to buy snacks, drinks, fresh fruit, had to cross busy road to petrol station shop to buy these.
The staff that checked us in was very friendly while still being professional. We enjoyed the buffet and casino. We would definitely go back.
The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable.
No negative comments to report.
I liked that it had activities for children of all ages
I guess as far as rooms you get what you pay for couldnt accomadate certain medical needs.
The value was great. Very cheap meals at the Casino were worth every bit of our 699 pennies. We had the prime rib. The next morning we got the dueces breakfast well worth 399 pennies! I was very pleased with how clean and comfortable the room was.
The casino was very smoky but to be expected I suppose. Our clothes smelled nasty when we went to put them on the next morning. I don't watch TV so the small tube TV didn't bother me. But, it might be a problem for others. My only real problem with the staff was the bartender. He was kinda rude to my boyfriend and I. He wanted to charge us for our beers and we said we were going to play some video poker so he stood there and waited til we put $10 in the slot.
nice location, fair to get too, some of the staff was outstanding. good menu at the buffet and diner.
the bed was terrible.. lumpy, had the hump in the middle from no one being able to sleep on it, the smell in the room was atrocious, I use a C-Pap machine for sleeping at night and the smell was so bad.. 3 days later my filter still puts off the odor of the air in the room. I could wash the filter but I, kinda want to see exactly how long it takes for the smell to go away. in my opinion there should be air fresheners to set up high, with an automatic dispensing system.
