Everything was great here. I stayed for 2 weeks but they never disappointed me. The instructors for the yoga classes were good. The room was very clean, and all the housekeepers were thoughtful. If I go to SF again, I would definitely stay here.

The room was very good. Over looked the Pier station and the bridge (Not the golden gate). Internet speed was great. Room service had very nice spicy french fires, and the breakfast cheddar cheese omelet was super with it's stuffed mushroom and tomato. Room size was standard, the bathroom rain shower was great. Storage was little and the clothes closet was next to the window and not the bathroom. The location was bit far from the union square, so that was 20 min of walking.

Great location by the Ferry Building, and particularly its outstanding Saturday farmers' market. Excellent massage facilities in the (small) spa - the comfiest massage bed I've experienced! Poor choice of tv channels, E.G. no bbc World. But fortunately so much to see in the city that it didn't matter. Some hotel staff didn't seem to know decent coffee / morning snack places besides Starbucks. Which became a great excuse to explore...

Great location and amazing views. When reading about hotel I thought the spa was accessible without reservations and fees. Was surprised to learn one had to reserve for short and expensive sessions in the tubs on the roof.

Very good location, a few yards to Embarcadero and not far from Union Square. Nice room and ambience. Good spa service (that could be better if there was sauna and/or steam bath). Gym room is fairly poor for the hotel level. Ymca facilities which access is complimentary offered are very modest.

The staff was very curteous. You can't beat the view. We could lay in bed and watch the activity on the water and the Bay Bridge. The lobby and restaurant areas were nice, but I didn't care for the interiors of the upstairs areas (hallways and rooms). Those areas felt like they ran out of budget

Pet friendly. Staff very friendly, helpful and informative. I will stay here again. I also liked the location and the fact that I could walk to my destination or ride the city bus or trolly. Myself, family and pet enjoyed our stay. I did not like leaving. I wanted to stay longer.

The hotel is on a great location. Everything was walking distance. Maybe it will be noisy on high season. The decor was modern, the way we like it. The bathroom was not as expected, especially the shower. It doesn't go with the quality of the hotel.

Great location, friendly staff, clean and great looking room. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting that city. You may have a hard time parking around if you dont use the valet.

Impeccable service, from everyone. The meals were wonderfully prepared, and very delicious. Their Chef is a genius. The meal prices were high, but not necessarily any higher than any other hotel on the Wharf. And their food really was incredible.

Great location across from the Ferry Building and walkable to Union Square shopping (within a mile). The gym is very small and would be a deterrent for us for a longer stay than a day or two.

Love the location. Valet management was unimpressive and twice I was well overcharged (double) by a cab the hotel got me. All of that needs to be managed and screened far better. Also, I've had much better rooms at the Vitale. My room was not very "superior"

Location is great! If you go, be sure to ask to stay on the view side. The city side is a view of an office building and worse the loading dock was below our room. We heard trucks starting at 5 am. That part was not good!
