Hotel Vitale, a Joie de Vivre Hotel

Zły stosunek Personelu, brak akceptacji przez personel Vitale warunków rezerwacji podanych przez Booking. 4 dni pobytu - nerwy, Bookig podał, że mini bar jest wliczony w cenę - personel Vitale tego nie chciał uznać. W rozliczeniu potrącono z konta kwotę wyższą niż w ostatecznym rachunku. Po rozliczeniu zwrócono kwotę niższą niż wynika z kwoty pobrania. Nigdy nikomu nie polecą tego Hotelu - mimo, że wielu moich znajomych w tym roku będzie w San Francisco. Uważamy, że jest to Hotel dla osób które nie sprawdzają rachunków.

Loved the outside space... on the balconies! Met friends for a drink out there, enjoyed the sunshine, the bay view, and even saw a wedding on the upper balcony! Room was wonderful too! Very comfortable and clean!

The location is great - we have stayed here twice before and it is very easy to get around.

The hotel is looking a little tired and is in need of a facelift. It seemed to be far more business-client based and this meant lots of men and women in suits being very loud and making it difficult to find a seat in the bar most evenings!

The location to the att ballpark and Ferry Building and other great restaurants I have stayed a nunber of times and love the bay bridge lights rooms and the outside bathtub experience at the spa

It has easy access to Buses, and Trains stop in front of the hotel.

The image of the hotel on the internet is SPA like. In real it is a very simple setting. Ideal for long stay, or business visit,as it is near the business district. Not recommended for leisure visit as it is away from the piers and all the action during the day. Rooms was clean, however old. Sofa was ripped. We Requested a room with city view, and we got a view of the business offices across the street. NOT a good value for me

Bed was hard a lumpy. You had to request a coffee pot, and the parking fee.

room was lovely, very quiet, well furnished.

Location was great. Staff were helpful. Roof top terraces were very nice and gave good views of the surrounding sites.

Service was excellent, clean quiet and safe, accessible and centrally located.

When leaving our luggage after our early morning arrival, we LOVED the fact that they let us check in to our room several hours early! They offered it to us unsolicited, which would be totally unheard of in most hotels! Loved the daily complimentary water, yoga, & 24-hr fitness room. We highly recommend this hotel; My husband and I have both travelled extensively and the Hotel Vitale staff knows how to do things right! We will definitely stay here again if in San Francisco.

Room configuration did not allow for late night reading without disturbing others, but the flashlight made it "work".

It is such a comfortable hotel. It really feels like a home away from home.

The decor was beautiful and simple; and the front-door staff was cheerful and helpful, and always there.

Not nearly enough room to unpack clothes etc. from suitcase--no real drawer space.

We loved the location and the wonderful view over the bay and the Bay Bridge. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was very comfortable. There were plenty of eating options close by and the proximity to the Embarcadero made for lovely strolling.

We really liked the location and the staff was very accommodating , we brought our bikes and rode up and down the water front it was great , then at night the views were fantastic of the bridge and buildings lit up

I didn't see a tv to watch sports in the bar , we ended up going to Perry's to watch the games

Starting at about 6:30 am my room was noisy. 423. Elevators plus staff. Bed comfort was barely average and even below some chain hotels.
