Great Location

Location the staff food was great shuttle parking

Elevator was broken towels &soap were very skimpy

We really like the shuttle for downtown

Elevators were out of service, Internet took awhile to get on

April was great!!!

Reminded me of a crack hotel. A guy was arrested in parking lot. Cops seemed to always be there! 3 times the cops were there.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Free shuttle was a great bonus. Skybox bar and grill was excellent. Great food!

i waited to tip the shuttle drivers until the last day. when i tried to give the last driver the money and explained that i wanted to give money to all the drivers, she said she wouldnt deliver the money to the other drivers.

The shuttle service was amazing and the staff was pleasant! The view was awesome of the city!

The noise, you could here drunks outside our room in the parking lot, you knew it was 2:30am every night that we stayed there.

A little run down and not real clean property. Non smoking property, we had booked a smoking room. Properties need to let booking entities know this!

the hotel shuttle was unavailable for the return from a concert at the pepsi center, when I tried to board I was told there was another shuttle right behind him, no shuttle ever came, I ended up in competition for a cab with about 5000 other people

We stayed in room 1012 and forgot to tell front desk that the toilet needs repaired, We took the lid off the back hoping the room service would notice.

I booked online through booking.com I got there and they said they were full and I didn't have a room later to finally agree I did have one that I already paid for. I had just had a flat tire on the interstate and was dirty I needed to clean up to attend to the business I was in town for. It was a huge inconvenience and I was treated like a street walker when I had already paid for my room it had already been charged to my card and I even had my confirmation number. The rooms are outdated and dirty nothing like the lobby looks like it would be.

Inexpensive. They offered a free shuttle service to get to downtown Denver attractions and the shuttle came and picked us up as well; very nice service.

It was a little old and decrepit looking, though perfectly clean.

The view is amazing!! The room was small, but I loved this too. It was quaint. And the view was amazing!!! Did I say the view was amazing? Cause it was nothing compared to the view in the resturant on the top floor. The outside of the hotel looks questionable but the inside is modern and clean and impressive.

Parts of the room are dated, this is even more apparent next to the obvious effort to modernize the whole hotel. So, the tv was old, old remote that didn't work (could only use the up button for channels) and there was weird desk that just took up room in an already small room... And although I loved how huge the king sized bed was, I wish it had had a pillow top at the very least, it was a bit hard. That said, I would stay here again in an instant!

it's a unique hotel on the downtown periphery with a shuttle always available. Older but nice. Good value.

Not within walking distance of anything. (except the stadium)

The front desk staff are amazing. Such wonderful women, so extremely helpful and down right kind hearted people. I would stay there again just to see them.

Relax atmosphere, conveniant

I let my mobile phone at the Hotel, Room 337. There has been no effort by the staff to make contact with me to inform me of whether it has been located, this is prior to my contacting them the day after our stay. Simple request but obviously the message has not been past from reception to house keeping.
