It was like "living in NYC" for a weekend and we (4 of us) were all able to stay together.

It was a little warm in the room but we were able to regulate with opening the door for a bit.

The location was the only thing good about this apartment.

The apartment advertised as sleeping 4 but not sure 4 what's. ALSO, we left with only 2worn out towels, NO FACE TOWELS OR NO HAND TOWELS FOR 4 NIGHT STAY, EVEN AFTER ASKING FOR THEM TWICE. We had no control over the heating system, shower head sucked not that a decent shower could be had with no bath towels.

Very unresponsive staff. The television did not work the entire stay and no assistance after repeated phone calls to the mgmt. No hand towels, only one bath towel person for the three days. No hand soap, refrigerator vibrated making sleep difficult.

Refrigerator and remote control didn't work, apt was not ready when I arrived, I had to wait an hour before I was let in, and then it still needed to be cleaned

The apartment was a really good place for 4 friends to stay. It had one double bed and one fold old couch. It was new and modern with a nice kitchen and bathroom. Has a good wifi connection and air conditioning. The location is fantastic.

We had a few troubles with the booking. Unsure if these arose from or the apartment itself where we were asked repeatedly for credit card details we had already given. We were worried that we had got a deal that was perhaps a little too good to be true. The fact that it was an apartment not a hotel made it difficult to organise getting a key as there is obviously no front desk. Once we finally arrived at the apartment we were relieved that everything was fine. The build up, however, was disconcerting. I hope this doesn't turn you off this booking but just thought it would be reassuring that it is legitimate if anyone else has these concerns.

Location is very good, close to subway stations and fairly close to Times Square.

Don't get deluded by the pictures, they are probably from another property from the same renter. The apartment on 322 w 49th street definitely needs renovation as it's in terrible condition. Bathroom cleanliness was bad as well. Safety concerns with the lack of a smoke detector.

    the Location!

the apartment that we stayed doesn't meet my expectation. the address is different to the location you mentioned in ads it so confusing (honestly), the floor of where the rooms is not in the ads we stayed on the 5th floor no elevator the stair is so narrow and untidy the toilet creaked when you sat down yayy!! . My folks are having hard time going up and down it was really disappointing

The appartment was just a few blocks from Times Square. It was spacious enough for three people. There are many restaurants nearby.

The floor was very noisy: it was impossible to keep sleeping if someone else walked. The wifi was horrible. It was impossible to stay connected for more than 3 minutes. I missed someone to show the appartment for us, as it usually happens when you rent one. We only received the keys and we lost some time to find out what to do. We bought a trash can for the bathroom, since there wasn't any.

    The location was good

The apartment was very dirty. There were full rubbish bags from previous guests and dirty tea towels/cloths on the sink. The owners forgot to provide towels until we asked. On the first night we were disturbed unannounced by the owner coming in to the apartment at 10:30pm to collect something they needed for another apartment. On 2 of the 4 days we were there there was NO hot water. This was the worse place I have ever rented on Very disappointing.

Have to admit I was a little anxious about whether this was a good choice, but it turned out to be perfect! Apt was very clean and newly updated (nice tile, hardwood, cabinets). Seemed very secure. Staff was very responsive-we got in late (11:30p) and no issues w/ getting in side-the representative basically appeared and politely introduced himself as we walked up to the apt entrance . If you are looking for a value rental (and don't expect 5 star for three start prices) this is definitely the place! Two blocks from TImes Square, 3-4 blocks from many theaters. Quiet enough (we always bring earplugs, it is NYC!) A/C worked well. We could have cooked if we wanted to as apt was nicely stocked with dishes, hot pot etc. Roof access was fun for we suburbians/teens. It was pretty small, but for us it was fine-we didn't go to NYC to be in a room! I would definitely use this group again.

Toilet creaked when you sat down (seriously!). Not sure if it was leaking downstairs but that would not be our issue!

The apartment is very strategically located very very close to Times Square and easy access to public transportation. It was clean.

The minus of the location is the noise of the main avenues close, which starts like 4-5am in the morning. We had a gas smell in the apt, and requested a check but there was not a feedback about it. Also, when I made the payment through , the owner contacted me asking for my credit card information, because the transaction was not successful. For security reasons I did not give it, and finally paid through paypal.
