Bathroom was spacious, neat layout
Small room and cost was too much for small space See thru shower not exactly suitable for a family
staff customer service
No free wifi
The sleek stylish room and facilities was beautiful and full of life, for the young and young at heart.
Pretty pricey over all, and unfortunately I also had a little visitor at the foot of my bed when I awoke (mouse). I was in shock and dismay
The staff was outstanding and very very professional and friendly. The room service and meals were amazing!
The rooms were so dark, tiny and outdated, I was very disappointed. There was no business center.
I loved the staff and Loved the shower. I did get my money back eventually.
While checking in we were told someone would replenish the mini bar and munchie box. No one came and I was charged for for what was missing.
Location and it was newly built.
Area Room view Clean Place was beautiful
No free Wifi Bed was short Bar and refreshments were overpriced
The mattress was wonderful.
PRICE OF ROOM AND PRICE TO PARK
The hotel itself wasvery comfortable I would stay there again
I didn't like not being able to get an upgraded room with less than 15 percent of the hotel occupied...
Required $30/day valet parking.
Room was city view , very relaxing and comfortable
That everything that came with the room you had to pay for
Hotel was nice also loved the personal driver
Having to pay 100 dollar security without knowing also card machine won't accept English debit cards
I booked this hotel at the end of August and saved for 3 months to be able to stay here as a celebratory vacation for my girlfriend and I. We arrived at the W with all of the money required to pay upfront as was disclosed on our booking. Upon arriving we were told that there was to be an additional $100 incidental fee that would go on top of the price for a 3 night stay in the "Wonderful Room". The $100 was not put on our disclaimer for the booking of the hotel, they would not allow me to split the total cost of $628 dollars onto two different cards and because I did not have a credit card and only had a debit card they said they have to take the total $628 out immediately. All in all we lost our reservation that we had for 3 months because we were $62 dollars short of the total cost which we were not made aware of after booking the hotel. When I asked about the incidental fee all they told me was that most hotels have them and that they were sorry. We were completely embarrassed and were made to feel that we didn't make enough money to stay in a place like that after we had saved for 3 months. We went to a sister hotel called the "A Loft" which is a partner hotel of the W and they only charged me for the $50 incidental fee that night and the rest of the chargers came out the next day. Why is it that your sister hotel who is owned by the same company has a different policy than what the W proposed to us at the time we were being turned away. Because of this experience I will never try and stay at the W hotel again!
I enjoyed how cozy the rooms were. The dark colors and the black out curtains really came in handy during the morning.
If your sharing a room with someone they can see you through the glass wall taking a shower from the bed. It was ok but some people do not like to be seen while showering.
ALL the Staff are all amazing. Whatever you ask for they always help out. The lady running breakfast always called the car so it was waiting when I finished...I didn't have to ask she just knew...how good is that! I could spend 10 minutes crediting all the staff that helped me but it would fill the screen. Gym 24/7..and there is usually a few in at 4:30am! After 8 days I thought there might be one negative but I personally didn't find a single thing.
The fitroom is fantistic! It is a cozy and clean place to leave in.
Airconditioning is too loud and the bed a little bit too soft which made me sleep bad. The wifi is not free at relatively high price comparing to other hotel. The breakfast is unreasonably expansive.
Good spot. Very close to lots of good and attractions.
I didn't like the homeless people asking me for cigarettes.
1st class gym Heated outdoor 16th floor pool Great Steakhouse Hotel car always outside for short trips Bed is a comfy as you get Nice design!
Breakfast area was more like an office canteen. The food quality was good but service was very average. Who serves orange in a mug because thats what was nearest to pick up?
I liked the overall appearance of the hotel. It's location was great as well as the staff. We rented a car but really didn't need it since everything was so close.
I didn't like the cost for parking. I understand it's an upscale hotel, however, when we're already paying a lot for the rooms, parking should be included. Thirty dollars a night on top of your stay is too much in my opinion.
-Luxurious -Comfortable -Great location
-Not worth the cost -Valet not attentive -Wifi costs
Everything the staff, the amenities, and the atmosphere. The perfect place to stay and relax.
The room color was too dark. I prefer lighter colors. Also the rooms were too small.
Ambience nice for young adults
Poor customer service of staff, valet mandatory.
The cleanliness of the rooms.
Not walking distance to much. Wish we would've had a better view. The breakfast was very disappointing. We've stayed at cheaper hotels and the breakfast was amazing with so many more selections.
