slow service for checkout was told 15 minutes for valet service to over an hour and you should let people now upfront cost factor with tax.
The room was great but couldn't get the dvd to work
Door to bathroom could be a lot better
Location was good
Room was extremely small and room and elevator smelled like sewage.
Excellent service, excellent ambience. The staff were beyond helpful and made our stay thoroughly enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel and I am very fussy. I can't wait to return.
Paying for internet.
great bed, nice room, fun vibe
the wifi was not free.
The staff was exceptionally welcoming, helpful and gracious and bent over backwards to satisfy requests and even went beyond the call of duty to make up for the smallest shortcoming. Rooms were spacious and surprisingly quiet considering that the train tracks and bustling downtown were right below. Room service was quick, always delicious and again staff friendly and attentive.
Room was dark during the day since there was only one small window. Hotel lobby attractive and comfortable but could use a small gift shop and/or an espresso bar for quick snacks. Wifi expensive.
The size of room And bathroom
Not much to like
Tiny room, bathroom so small it was hard to move around, no closet, and you have to pay for wifi!
Location Spacious room
Location - great Staff - great Room - great What more could you want?!
The large and multiple urine stains on the mattress was a big turn off. For a quality place like the W Hotel that was an oversight that should not have happend.
Great front desk people
They charged me for an item in the minibar that I did not take. I have sent an e-mail to the billing department and am waiting on a response
Location Bed and room Hall Internet is fast Nice bar
WC too small Missing something that makes this hotel unique like the others W I have been
Thanks to booking.com for attempting to get my money back.
My flight to Chicago was cancelled because of a fire in a control tower. Trip ruined. And W refuses to give me credit for a future stay?!?! Took $400 of my money and I'm sure sold the room to someone else. I'll never stay with your brand again!
Great location, very comfortable bed, very friendly staff.
Odd layout of the bedroom- the bathroom door was frosted glass, so every time someone went to the bathroom at night, it lit up the whole room. Very small room for the W (we were on the top floor, too).
beds excellent, spotless and good location
$5 for a small bottle of water in room, all crazy prices. Bar $11 for a beer. way too expensive so did not use any food, drink or room items. Normally use these if priced correctly, absolutely crazy, maybe for business traveller on company expense account but not for a family,
Excellent rooms Great staff
Bartender was awesome and recommended a great restaurant.
Had to lay on our sides to watch TV. Very uncomfortable location .
stephanie and jadi were excellent servers in the lounge, very friendly and helpful.
First room was dirty had white stains on sofa chair use you imagination...valet parking attendants were rude...and rooms smell a bit like mildew. ice machine was broken had to go down to the next level to get ice...all In all save your money and stay at the JW Marriott across the street
I loved the location to all the downtown attractions!! The people working there were very friendly and very helpful!!
The toilet was too close to the wall for leg room.
Hotel was very clean and the room was gorgeous and spacious. The staff was extremely nice and helpful... Overall a wonderful experience and I will definitely stay there again.
Very clean, modern but still has historic charm and features, walking distance to shopping and many attractions, friendly staff, magnifying mirror in bathroom, Bliss products.
Having to pay for internet, very small bathroom and lack of places to set things, phone so high tech had to ask how to hang up (disconnect) from call, could see into other rooms from window-lack of view.
It's so dark! The lobby was more like a night club, complete with disco lights swirling around. Every room had creepy dark lighting. Bed was terribly uncomfortable.
excellent service, great bar
