Great location, very comfortable bed, very friendly staff.
Odd layout of the bedroom- the bathroom door was frosted glass, so every time someone went to the bathroom at night, it lit up the whole room. Very small room for the W (we were on the top floor, too).
beds excellent, spotless and good location
$5 for a small bottle of water in room, all crazy prices. Bar $11 for a beer. way too expensive so did not use any food, drink or room items. Normally use these if priced correctly, absolutely crazy, maybe for business traveller on company expense account but not for a family,
Excellent rooms Great staff
Bartender was awesome and recommended a great restaurant.
Had to lay on our sides to watch TV. Very uncomfortable location .
stephanie and jadi were excellent servers in the lounge, very friendly and helpful.
First room was dirty had white stains on sofa chair use you imagination...valet parking attendants were rude...and rooms smell a bit like mildew. ice machine was broken had to go down to the next level to get ice...all In all save your money and stay at the JW Marriott across the street
I loved the location to all the downtown attractions!! The people working there were very friendly and very helpful!!
The toilet was too close to the wall for leg room.
Hotel was very clean and the room was gorgeous and spacious. The staff was extremely nice and helpful... Overall a wonderful experience and I will definitely stay there again.
Very clean, modern but still has historic charm and features, walking distance to shopping and many attractions, friendly staff, magnifying mirror in bathroom, Bliss products.
Having to pay for internet, very small bathroom and lack of places to set things, phone so high tech had to ask how to hang up (disconnect) from call, could see into other rooms from window-lack of view.
It's so dark! The lobby was more like a night club, complete with disco lights swirling around. Every room had creepy dark lighting. Bed was terribly uncomfortable.
excellent service, great bar
I and my husband enjoy the room, the hotel is very amazing and good!!, it is located near to the all the places that you can visit in Chicago!!, We will return at the same hotel!!
the recepcionist was not nice with us,
Excellent location, friendly people, amazing city.
The lobby area is super cool and comfortable.
Our room faced the courtyard. Not a good view. I chose it because I was told it was quieter but I wish I would have picked a room towards Adams st.
Location was amazing - Staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming especially Connor at the reception desk who was very professional and Katie. Was great being there - Another Wonderful W. experience. C
Amenities, friendly staff
Temperature control in room did not function.
I was upgraded to a nicer room after a poor experience with a guest next-door
Very mixed clientele, Security could've been better
Rooms were lovely and comfortable. Very modern, but besides the purple lit lobby, comfortable and relaxing. Also loved the bathroom and the Bliss bath products.
fees for wi-fi seemed a little silly. Rooms adjacent to train line can be a little noisy.
The cost for over night parking
Excellent location - walking distance to everything! Very friendly staff, comfortable room, comfortable bed and pillows, very clean.. Highly recommended!
The beds are so comfy and everyone is so nice.
NO FREE INTERNET IN ROOMS?! That is ridiculous. Also, it's a big noisy at night.
Style and lobby bar. Very nice to have a drink.
Traveling for business. 15$ a day for wifi is silly. Chintzy. And the bar prices were pumped up.
beautiful and contemporary interior
could not easily find the amenities like ice
Location in the city was great. Room was cool and modern which is why I like the W hotel chain.
The techno beat music in the lobby bar at 1:30 a.m. when we checked in was cranked too loud. Platform bed was a little hard but better that than too soft.
Hotel is centrally located, everything is in walking distance. Entrance hall is nice.
Due to train passing in front of the building it was noisy. Rooms are very small.
