I loved the location to all the downtown attractions!! The people working there were very friendly and very helpful!!

The toilet was too close to the wall for leg room.

Very clean, modern but still has historic charm and features, walking distance to shopping and many attractions, friendly staff, magnifying mirror in bathroom, Bliss products.

Having to pay for internet, very small bathroom and lack of places to set things, phone so high tech had to ask how to hang up (disconnect) from call, could see into other rooms from window-lack of view.

It's so dark! The lobby was more like a night club, complete with disco lights swirling around. Every room had creepy dark lighting. Bed was terribly uncomfortable.

The lobby area is super cool and comfortable.

Our room faced the courtyard. Not a good view. I chose it because I was told it was quieter but I wish I would have picked a room towards Adams st.

Rooms were lovely and comfortable. Very modern, but besides the purple lit lobby, comfortable and relaxing. Also loved the bathroom and the Bliss bath products.

fees for wi-fi seemed a little silly. Rooms adjacent to train line can be a little noisy.

Style and lobby bar. Very nice to have a drink.

Traveling for business. 15$ a day for wifi is silly. Chintzy. And the bar prices were pumped up.

Location in the city was great. Room was cool and modern which is why I like the W hotel chain.

The techno beat music in the lobby bar at 1:30 a.m. when we checked in was cranked too loud. Platform bed was a little hard but better that than too soft.

Hotel is centrally located, everything is in walking distance. Entrance hall is nice.

Due to train passing in front of the building it was noisy. Rooms are very small.

The location and staff on the door who were friendly and helpful

The room was very small and for $300 per night - on speical offer shameful. It was like a student dorm, with a miniture bathroom. Some furniture and fitting were small size (childrens toilet, small sink no space to put wash bag I had to keep going in and out of the room to use each item, bathroom not clean, door and wardrobe sticky) and some furniture to large of the room - chairs, TV and side cabinets/stools. Nowhere to store clothes other than sticky wardobe. I spent the weekend like I was camping living out of my suitcase and wash bag like a student in halls. The rooms were very narrow and you could hear the conversations/people on the toilet/shower etc and it was like sleeping in the street. I spend about 85% of my time in hotels and if this is the W chain I will NEVER stay in one again. A total rip off
