Very pleasant decor, not too boutique!

Located in banking area of city so nightlife/restaurants after 5pm limited in nearby area.

The staff was impeccable. Incredibly well trained, polite and service oriented. The rooms were designed flawlessly.

Unfortunately, although the positives far outweigh the negatives, the negatives were very important to me and I likely would not stay there again. My room was practically on the train track and it was far too loud for my taste. And, although the rooms were gorgeous, the walls were very think. I could practically hear my neighbor's conversation at one point. It made it tough to fall asleep.....which I value on a business trip.

Although we didn't spend a lot of time in the room, the room was smaller than any hotel I've stayed in & would not stay at this property again only for that reason. With two people in the room, it was hard to maneuver around. Very cramped quarters.

The room is very small, not worth the money but the hotel was very nice!

konumu cok iyi. şehirin merkezinde. otel genel olarak guzel.. resepsiyon ve calışanlar cok yardımcı olmaya calısıyor. servis kalitesi iyi. Chicago da gecirdigim 4 gun boyunca tüm şehri çok rahat gezmemize vesile oldu otelin konumu...

Kaldıgımız oda, şimdiye kadar hayatımda gördugum en küçük otel odasıydı. Eşimle birlikte neredeyse sığamadık odaya. Odanın daha ferah olmasını beklerdik. sonuç olarak odanın ciddi anlamda küçük olması bizim beklentimizin çok altındaydı. Binada kullanılan asansörler insanın midesini bulandırıyor. Asansorler o kadar hızlı kalkıp okadar hızlı duruyor ki... insanin başını dönduruyor ve midesini bulandırıyor. ayrıca asansorler cok karanlık ve göz yorucu. Ayrıca otelde yedigimiz yemeklerden daha fazla lezzet beklerdik. Sabah kahvaltısı cok zayıf. oda servisi ile gelen yemeklerde vasattı.
