The staff was very informative and attentive. The view was fantastic! $48 to park your car at the hotel that you just paid $179.99 for a room is unrealistic. Also no soda machines. The hotel bars were outrageous, and this is coming from a bar manager! Our reservation was lost, but the staff was very helpful and got us fixed up. Still a bit of a hassle after driving all day. No amenities offered what so ever. |

Nice lake view. Swimming pool and health club. Staff was helpful. Decorating was too trendy with too much sparkle. Watch the add ons. |

The concierge was great, very helpful. Location was perfect. Room was very comfortable. With the exception of the concierge and the server at breakfast, most of the staff were not very friendly or accomodating. I expect a higher degree of professionalism and graciousness at this level of property. Lobby was too small and configured oddly. |

The view of the lake. A lot of things: overpriced amenities ($8 for two m&m packets!); no shower door; light out in ice room; limited soaps; overpriced in-house movies. I could go on. |

The hotel was in a great location, had great views of Lake Michigan and was very well kept. There was an issue with parking where we were double billed. The issue took some time to be worked out and the staff was not as helpful as they could have been. |

The design of the hotel took advantage of its location on the Lakeshore by maximizing the lakefront views in rooms facing the lake. The room was not ready until almost 2 hours after the check-in time. |

Gratis WiFi in lobby en restaurant is wel erg handig. Ik had duidelijk een kamer met uitzicht op het meer geboekt en kreeg toch eerst een kamer met uitzicht op hoogbouw. Na teruggaan receptie werd het snel verbeterd maar het was niet netjes vond ik (2 x met koffers naar boven en weer terug). |

die Lage des Hotels, der Probefahrtservice von Accura/Honda, hatten probleme Ihre Buchung zu finden das Hotel os totally overrated, es ist ungwemütlich, dunkel, nicht sehr freundlich, zu teuer was es bietet, die Bar und das Restaurant sind extrem laut |
