Elevator service was unacceptable. Waited 5 minutes. Someone knocked and opened my door to come in while I was sleeping.

Quiet Booking u never even contacted the W to book our room!!! Thankful we stay there alot and we got a room, no thanks to Booking!!!!!! You darn sure sent it to my credit card.

I liked my room, and in particular the chaise lounge. The gym was well above the typical hotel gym. Fernando, the bartender, was friendly, kind and attentive. I had a wonderful stay at the W Dallas I didn't like the food in the restaurant. But the restaurant staff we ar very friendly.

We stayed for 5 nights which gave us the opportuniy to use most of the excellent facilities at the hotel. We ate in the Restaurant a few times,had snacks in the Bar and always ended the day with a Cocktail back at the hotel. What sets this hotel apart is the amazing staff, the Reception, Concierge, Bar Staff, Restaurant Staff to the Girls in Bliss nothing was too much trouble. Just a special mention for the concierge who arranged Ice Hockey tickets at the American Airlines Center and transport to North Park shopping mall, which was about 6 miles away. All the staff contributed to the amazing time we had in Dallas.

A very modern clean Hotel. Nice pool area. The welcome birthday gift was a kind touch. Poor service - reported a toilet light not working and was only fixed on our 3rd day after 2 nights in the dark! On the Saturday the pool area was more like a stag/hen (batchelor/batchelorette) venue so was not a relaxing place to be. Pool food service this day suffered perhaps because it was so busy. Hotel driver service left us waiting for pick up for an hour & a half due to misinformation.

After traveling around in South-America for more than a week the W Dallas gave me the necessary rest and comfort I desperately needed. The staff is great, bars and restaurant fantastic, gym beautiful, pool area vibrant,... it got me completely recuperated in a few days. I don't like to have a fully served breakfast every morning and therefore I would much appreciate a breakfast buffet. This would be most appreciated, certainly when you are staying for more than 1 or 2 nights!

Staff service from the moment I walked out of my vehicle in Valet, until I checked out was excellent. Cover charge as hotel guest to Ghost bar. Felt impersonal being a guest.

different style inside, european like. the view in some of the rooms, not ours though. too expensive for what you get, no free wlan, internet access with cable, small rooms.

love the view from my room and also the gym was awesome. didn'T like the room it was very small to me for the money that I spent and also didn'T like my room didn'T have A tub only A shower wasn'T very please.
