Location, comfortable, close to the path to New York City.
One of the staff members at the front desk, not very helpful and she always looks like you are bothering her when you ask questions, plus she always looks mad.
The staff very accommodating
The price of the room week after week for 3 months of my stay , and not even a discount on rates for being a regular in the hotel.
the staff were very hospitable and the hotel itself was beautiful. i had one dinner in the zylo steak house which was the icing on the cake for me.
i couldn't stay longer... i would live there!
My sink was a little clogged up when I got to the room. Reported it and it was cleared right away!
The location , the staff , the surrounding shops, the view , it was great
Comfortable rooms rooms. Good location near PATH and restaurants. Nice views.
Breakfast only a la carte, expensive and slow. Expensive wi- fi.
Stunning views of NYC VERY close and easy to go to NYC either by car or bus the hotel surrounded by plenty of stores, and restaurants.
the only thing that we don't like about the hotel is that some issues with cleanness like they didn't change the sheets for 2 days, but we got great reaction from the stuff when we told them... other than that everything fabulous
Views room. Whatever
Over priced water
Excellent hotel with one of the best City views in the world. Hoboken has a fantastic nightlife and the Hotel wis well placed close to the station allowing travel into Manhattan or further into NJ.
Lower floors can suffer from noise from their nightclub on some nights of the week. The Wifi tends to get a bit congested early evening.
The facilities and the view of the Hudson Rivers
The only I am not in favor is the charge for incidentals at 150.00 per night, and that hold on your money is for a couple of days after you check out.
room service cost
Location is wonderful, easy to get to Manhattan and NJ
taxes. Pricy cabs.
The view of NYC was AMAZING! A fantastic tranquil location to recharge one's batteries between days visiting Manhatten.
Staff where friendly & helpful. Great view from river side. Great nightclub.
If I was going with my partner...there was not any spa facilities that I could see.
Front desk staff was outstanding, helping us find playing cards for the grandchild.
Wine glasses at the lobby bar were very dirty, the Prosecco was absolutely flat, and the female behind the bar didn't seem to care when we pointed this out!
Everything was great!!
Location and the space and comfort the room had. + fantastic view!
I didn't like the fact that when I booked the hotel that I wasn't warned about the building work going on next door. When booking I requested a room on a higher floor and the only one offered was one overlooking the building work or an alternative one about the disco! I wasn't happy about this but nothing else was offered, so I had no alternative but up grade the room to one away from the noise from the other two rooms. I felt that this should have been offered due to the building work not being mentioned on time of booking. The other thing that I felt was poor was the fact that there was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. I have stopped in hotels all over the world for a lot less money and always had these things.
Perfect position! Hop on the PATH and you're in the Big Apple in ten minutes. If you do not want to dine in, there's a zillion restaurants at walking distance on Washington Av. It's my # 1 Hotel world-wide!
Loved the mini bar on the first floor, bartender was lovely
The view of the city are supreme, I stayed on the top floor so was able to wake up to the classic NYC skyline view. Also the Path train is a short walk away.
Some of the staff were a little surly and the concierge I dealt with was disinterested and incompetent.
The staff was very welcoming. And the WhateverWhenever service is great.
Great view. Value for money compared to NYC.
The staff were very friendly. The room was very clean and the view was amazing. The beds were cozy and comfortable. I would definitely stay at the this hotel again with no question. This hotel met all of our needs. Thank you W For a nice family holiday vacation.
The hotel had a fresh young feel, the staff was very friendly, the views over the Hudson were stunning, and the rooms were lovely. We will be back!
The music was really loud in the night club when we arrived Friday night, but we're old fuddy duddies.
