Room decor. Exhilarating view. 5 star comfort. Proximity to Path Station.
I think wifi should always be free especially in any first class hotel. Charging for wifi is akin to the once-common-practice of charging guests for an iron.
The view was beautiful
Nothing to report
The view from the room was absolutely spectacular and the staff was amazing!
pretty room and perfect view
Cleanliness Quietness Room view
Absence of free wifi inthe rooms
Somebody listened to my unsafe situation there...at least.
Horribly unsafe, since the bar receives people in all kind of conditions. Difficult to get into the building where intoxicated people caused fights, as the lift shared with people from the bat. The ambiance of the apartment is so poor, it is named amazing apt, since the view of Manhattan is beautiful, but the inside is dirty as poor, not even Qtips are offered to guests only after request. I had never been in such a horrible condition trusting the site information
I liked the W Hoboken hotel, the location was great and the view to NYC very nice. The hotel services are very good but I didn't know why I have to pay for the wifi and it wasn't free like most of the hotels
It was surprising that I have to pay for the WiFi, most of the hotels all over the world and in NYC they offer free wifi, and also the heat in the room was annoying, because it was switching off all the time.
Very clean room great view.
We arrived shortly after 1 am and they were running service on the elevators. We had to walk up 15 floors.
The staff was great and the room with the view was even better.
Maids arguing with each other early in the morning.
Decor is really nice. Quality of toiletries was high. Bed super comfortable.
Pillows too hard, even for down. Hallway noisy in morning for a long time. Valet took a very long time to retrieve our car the next day.
Funky decor, wonderful spacious rooms with amazing views of the Manhattan skyline, great bathroom with lovely smellies, excellent night's sleep.
No coffee in the bedroom (it was available in the lobby in the morning instead, which is a pain when you like your morning coffee in bed). I don't like having to pay additional for wifi when I have paid enough for the hotel.
near trail and park, view of NYC
no in-room wifi
The location was perfect. We were close to walking sites, the Path and night activities too.
The WiFi was not included in the stay. Our television had pixel problems (picture would break down) and also had one evening with no service. The technician came to the room twice but it became late and we asked him not to return since we were checking out in the morning.
View over Hudson from our room
The bedrooms, views of Manhattan, the breakfast and the very friendly, professional staff.
The bar seating and chairs were functional rather than comfortable which made socialising outside the bedrooms less than good.
Could not use my Star Rewards Points since my stay was booked by a 3rd party
Excellent sized room, great location in terms of Hoboken, close to the PATH train to get into the city.
Be aware that the Spectacular room as advertised on booking.com is not quite correct- I found out when I arrived that apparently they have a new category called Fabulous that equals the high floors. Additionally- the price on booking.com excludes a 15% tax so be aware!
Location, comfortable, close to the path to New York City.
One of the staff members at the front desk, not very helpful and she always looks like you are bothering her when you ask questions, plus she always looks mad.
The staff very accommodating
The price of the room week after week for 3 months of my stay , and not even a discount on rates for being a regular in the hotel.
the staff were very hospitable and the hotel itself was beautiful. i had one dinner in the zylo steak house which was the icing on the cake for me.
i couldn't stay longer... i would live there!
My sink was a little clogged up when I got to the room. Reported it and it was cleared right away!
The location , the staff , the surrounding shops, the view , it was great
Comfortable rooms rooms. Good location near PATH and restaurants. Nice views.
Breakfast only a la carte, expensive and slow. Expensive wi- fi.
Stunning views of NYC VERY close and easy to go to NYC either by car or bus the hotel surrounded by plenty of stores, and restaurants.
the only thing that we don't like about the hotel is that some issues with cleanness like they didn't change the sheets for 2 days, but we got great reaction from the stuff when we told them... other than that everything fabulous
