wall vent in bathroom was dirty and so was headboard.... had stains.... gross bathroom was hard to get ready not enough counter space

Very noisy late into the night. Loud music being played, people talking loudly in hall, doors slamming.

Hotel is not well sound proofed. You can hear everything that goes on in the hall way and rooms around you. Would not stay here again.

Distance to Manhatten - only by PATH - Taxi not possible or only very expensive and takes long time

The W is beautiful! The staff was outstanding. Our view of Manhattan was incredible. We sat for an hour at night watching the river and the skyline. One little thing but a nice touch: The coffee in the lobby in the morning was delicious.

The room cleaning was bad, we even complained about it and the maintenance of the room is extremely bad, the light bulb stayed 2 days burned, and no one changed it. I get in the morning the newspaper last day on my stay i received the the day before copy

Noise from the club on premises could be heard all night long.

The best thing about the W in Hoboken is the view of Manhattan. This compensates for any other deficit the hotel may have otherwise. The rooms have a nice size and design. The gym is great.

For us, the bed was far too soft. There is a lot of electronics in the room with a lot of disturbing blue lights that keep the room from being dark in the night. The light from the corridor shines in under the door, adding to the light pollution in the room. Sensitive people may have to sleep with blinds over their eyes. The restaurant in the W is very pretentious and overpriced. The wild salmon was clearly from a farm, and the chef, who came to our table asked silly questions to find out whether the salmon was wild or farmed (like: did it have skin?). The grilled aspargus was oversteammed, and when we pointed this out to the waiter, we got attitude and a few grilled aspargus were added on top of the steamed, overcooked mess. In the end, they offered free dessert as a compensation - however, without asking us first whether we want any dessert (which we didn't). In the 2nd-floor bar, we order Cabs, but got something else far too sweet for us. When we asked the waiter about that, we got the answer that the menu was wrong and they were out of Cab - so they just tried to give us something else. All in all, the hotel and the associated facilities are overpriced with respect to what is offered and how problems are handled. But the view is great and worth it.

מיקום מעולה. קרוב לכל מקום בהובוקן. במרחק קצר מאד לאוטובוס או רכבת למנהטן (פחות מ10 דק' לעיר). נקי, חדרים מרווחים. נוף עוצר נשימה. מלא צעירים מבלים בסופשבוע.

תקרית קטנה ולא נעימה ביום האחרון, פינינו את המזוודות אך לא עשינו צ'ק אאוט והחדרנית נכנסה לנקות וחשבה שעזבנו. קראה לביטחון ורוקנו את הכספת וקצת מייק אפ שהשארתי לרגע האחרון לפני העזיבה. עשו זאת ללא בדיקה עם הפרונט דסק אם עזבנו או לא וזה קצת הותיר טעם מר.

Localisation et vue sur Manhattan

tout était parfait, sauf 2 points : - le petit déj est TRES cher, et sans justification (préférable de sortir de l'hôtel et d'aller dans un Breakfast typique) - par défaut il n'y a pas de quoi se faire un café/thé dans la chambre

No free wi fi in the rooms - and charged at an exorbitant rate. After giving my email address to receive a receipt for our stay, received loads of spam.
