W Hollywood    

Stunning hotel, helpful and accommodating staff, beautiful room, super comfy bed, great Bliss bath products supplied, loved them! Great location right next to Hollywood/Vine station too.

Nothing, except I wasn't there long enough to explore the hotel properly.

Prime location on Hollywood Walk of Fame, but other than that its just ok. The lobby is gorgeous and its possibly the only recently renovated part of the hotel.

The parking price is exorbitant especially since parking garages around the hotel and street parking is much cheaper and doesn't require to much extra effort. The hotel rooms are worn, the beds are uncomfortable and the linen needs to be replaced... The towels literally scratched us!! The water pressure was horrible, and maid service did nothing but empty the trash and make the beds.

We loved the staff. Every single person was wonderful!

Sketchy after hours vibe Gets a bit "rowdy" at night on weekends Odd Jazz night on Friday nights. A bit off-putting.

How trendy and unique it was. Valet was well worth the money. Room was comfortable.

Staff front counter was plain and not as fun as I thought they might be.

I can't say. I liked it when I was there. But the problem is when you leave. I have charges on my card that I never charged. It wasn't on my bill when I left but they are now showing up on my credit card.

How fast they can get things done

The concoergr sometimes has a bad atitude on helping you. When you a turist in a different place you normally dont know anything and people does not need to be rude with you. I had just one single bad impresion about one of the ladies at the concierge team.

Paying for valet if your staying at the w hotel and ck in time was 3 but my room was not ready till 6 and I payed alot for the room not to mention it was my bday

The Gym and its TechnoGym equipment was stellar. The Wired facilities The Lobby Lounge Soft Bed The Lounge area in room by the window The change of mats in the elevator was chick ('good morning - good afternoon" etc)

Staff seemed aloof! More indulgent in their own world than any other W hotel. The Loews up the Street was more welcoming. I cold not connect my computer to the TV!! Yikes! The Pool - Rowdy on the weekend! Operated by Drai's. Awful experience! I did not understand why The W did not have their own dining facility! Do clean the blacksplash in bathroom Do clean the stains on bathroom door Do clean the Shower-head In gym: Do inflate the Stability Balls Do invest in variable Medicine Balls and More padded mats When you renovate gym floor - do invest in a more hardy material and never use interior designers to design a gym space!

Hate the pool situation!

Extremely comfy room and great service. Design features were good and we had a great (drunken) night at the nightclub upstairs. Bar downstairs popular and busy most evenings.

Our room has little daylight. Suspect hats a good thing for partygoing and not a bug problem but the layout of the building means you need to get out of the room if you want to enjoy the SoCal sunshine.

El diseño y ambiente

No se realizó el room service a pesar de que se insistió en esto y este se realizó pasadas las 10 de la noche del dia siguiente. Mucho glam, poca preocupación por lo básico

Очень чистый, стильный отель в котором приятно останавливаться. Воплощение голивудского шика! Прекрасный, очень френдли персонал и чудесная консьерж служба, которая подберет и организует визиты в лучшие парикмахерские салоны, рестораны и тд. Два из четырех раз я останавливалась в этом отеле и уверена, что вернусь в него снова.
