the staff were very helpful, and even found us a very fast laundry service nearby. we visited for a UCLA visit, and was the prefect location.

I loved the hotel I thought it was very funky/classy and accomodated for everybody. I think you need to recommend a car to people as I travelled to Los Angeles for the 1st time with my boyfriend and we spent alot of money on taxis to local attractions. Having said that I will stay at this hotel again I just will hire a car to get around.

The view from the rooms would have been good (of the Getty and mountains) but... But the dirty windows were small in fact the 'King' standard room was small, awkardly shaped and had low ceilings. The TV faced an opposiite direction from the bed and our room was next to the lift so the whole night we were disturbed by the drone of the lift going up and down. It ruined our NY Eve unfortunately.

Location in Westwood, close to my daughter's house, close to ucla. Clean, comfortable, large rooms. More affordable via Booking.com Parking costs $35/day, but that is the norm for la in nicer hotel. Charges on my visa came in on a slightly weird daily breakdown, but it added up correctly.

I booked for a spectacular room and since im a member of the SPG family they upgraded my stay and gave me a suite king and it was perfect. They didn't have any computers to use in the lobby area unless you pay 7 USD for it.

I appreciate being moved to the top floor after we were "upgraded' to a dark room right next to the ice machine. This hotel feels too much like a business hotel and not much like the other w hotels that we've stayed in. It wasn't very pleasurable or relaxing outside of the room, especially at the pool. The business environment was off-putting to leisure travelers. I'm sure this place is great for business trips, but not getaways.

Great staff. Perfect location for exploxing - close to Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, Hollywood - shopping, restaurants. Parts of the room need a little refreshing - used a lot and noticable in some areas.

The pool was very nice! Staff was not accommodating or friendly. The wheels was the only staff that was friendly. The front desk was cold and uncaring, almost as if we were a bother. No introduction by front desk to location of amenities such as pool and excessive room. Basically pointed to the elevator and that is it as far as a welcome goes. Not one phone from anyone to inquire about our stay or any possible needs. Very disappointing for a hotel of this calibur. Never asked of any request from bar while at pool. Just not accommodating for this price.

Nice location inside Westwood village Not all personnel was up to the standard. E.G.they made me book the second night via booking.com instead of doing that themselves - very inconvenient and time consuming experience.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like. It's pricey, but it's amazing...from the staff to the comfort of the room...every detail was perfect. If I could afford it, I would always stay there...We really, really enjoyed our stay! There is nothing that we didn't LOVE...the only thing I could ask for is a more affordable rate to be able to stay there more often.

Die Nähe zur UCLA war ausschlaggebend für die Buchung. Der Service im Restaurant war zwar besonders freundlich, aber auch besonders langsam.

Le petit déjeuner est très bon. Bonne qualité de restauration Tout. Cet hôtel n'est certainement pourras pour les familles. Il ya des gens saouls toute la journée a la piscine. Le personnel est des plus désagréables. Marcel a été le pure de toute ma vie. Il y a un bar ou la musique est a fond. Nous avons du nous faire changer de chambre. Nous n'avons pas pu dormir la premiere nuit. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.
