The staff was wonderful. The hotel room was awesome. The pet fee is ridiculous .Hotels in the area charge 75.00 total. ..W hotel, charged us 175.00 total ..so I won't return unfortunately ..back to Royal Sonesta hotel 75.00 total pet fee no matter how many days.

Paying for parking was too expensive. Shower needed fixed. Too expensive for such a small room. One bottle of water you could drink without paying for. Stayed 2 nights and did not get another free bottle of water Other bottle water was available but cost $5.00.
