The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is partially refundable.

The room and bathroom were huge, way bigger than most hotels especially in NY. Smart decor, well mantained. Lovely comfortable beds and great linen, fluffy towels and nice bath products. Friendly and helpful staff, dealt with small issues very quickly and efficiently, like the safe not working, and the heat being set too high. I lost a favourite piece of jewellery, never thinking I would see it again, and they found it and arranged to return it to me quickly. Location is great for easy walking to almost anywhere,( Times Sq, Fifth Ave , museums etc) and subway within a block at Grand Central. I would like to be able to make tea /coffee in the room. |
