W New York - Times Square

Wunderschönes Hotel direkt am Time Square, jedoch trotzdem nicht zu laut. Das Design ist wow. Die Zimmer sind recht geräumig, sauber. Würde auf jeden fall wieder hier buchen.

The location was great, right around the corner from the excitement of Times Square, yet convenient to Restaurant Row and 5th Ave. All members of the staff we dealt with were friendly and accommodating.

Everything! The atmosphere, the staff, the lounge bar, the location. Definitely the coolest hotel I have ever stayed at!

I liked the modern design and the lobby. The hotel has an excellent location. The suites are relatively good size for the New York city.

Our room was not ready at 3 o'clock. The staff lied to us. We were supposed to have a suite on high floor with a view of Times square. That was the only reason we stayed at the W. This was confirmed when we inially registered, but when we returned to see if the rrom was clean and ready to chek in, they said the only suite available is on low floor and we did not have a vie of imes Squre. I do not like liers. I will not stay at this hotel unless I get a letter of appology.

I liked the layout and comfort of the room. All of the things were very high-tec feeling (and looking) that I felt like I was a very modern, posh hotel. But the customer service was so good, I never felt out of place!

The staff was extremely helpful, the room was well decorated (although not very big) and the location was excellent.

There was a mix up with my credit card and they ended up charging me more money regarding the hotel room and charged one excess hotel bar account.

Staff very friendly and service-oriented. The decor and atmosphere was very chic. I stayed on 32nd floor with a King size bed and it had a chaise chair next to window. The room was not small in comparison to other hotels I've stayed at in nyc. It was nice-sized and definitely 2 people would be comfortable. Nice bar and seating area by lobby. Location was perfect...I Was there to take dance classes at Broadway Dance Center which was a short 2-3 minute walk. Hotel in heart of Times Square. Had great price deal via booking.com. Not sure why other reviews had problem with lights/blind. Adequate lamps and reading lamp on either side of bed & lit endtables was cool! Shower had nite lite. Blinds--just pull chain to move up or down.

Last night I was there, lots of noise from maintenance fixing something (leak?) on 32nd floor hallway around 2 am...looked like carpet was all wet. Not sure what it was as noise went on for about an hour. This was the exception rather than the rule. Other nights were fine.

The beautiful, contemporary decor, gorgeous city views, the comfortable bed, and quiet room made it our haven for the week. My husband also loved the gym, which was not an additional fee, thank you.

The noisy bar on floor 7 was very annoying to be forced to go through to get to our room each night. Also, having to wait in a lengthy line at the consierge and lobby desks when we needed to ask even simple questions was irritating (floor 7 again, ugh).

Very stalylish and cool. Nice branding. I especially liked the amenity goods they use.

The room could be clearner.... Most of the parts were fine but there were things could have been better, like dust on air hole or finger prints on window frames etc. Also, I would have liked to have more lights in the room.

Great location, good service, relaxing rooms. Very recommended
