W New York - Times Square

The hotel is ideally situated ,in the middle of Times Square. The view from the hotel room is stunning and the room design is original -very sexy.

The staff at the w Hotel were unbelievable!!! I took my daughter to nyc for her 13th birthday. The staff at check-in wished her a happy birthday and we were surprised to find birthday cards and presents from the hotel staff in our room. Later they brought her a huge piece of wonderful birthday cake!! All of the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. I have never had a more pleasant stay at a hotel. I cannot say enough great things about this hotel!!!

There is absolutely nothing negative to say about this hotel. The location is outstanding. The staff were friendily knowledgeable, polite and professional. I am from the South and I can tell you that the staff there are so friendly that they set a standard for other New York hotels. They left a very good and lasting impression on my daughter who said that she felt like a movie star while we were there.

The staff gave an excellent service and they always greeted you with a smile! Also, being right in times square was a great advantage...location! Location! Location!

Loved the design of the common areas and our room, which was very comfortable and had great beds and linens.

Icemaker on our floor was broken but they delivered ice to us when requested. Internet access was $11.95/day plus $.50 per copy for printing -- highway robbery.

The hotel is contempory though minimalist. Great views of Times Square. Close to theaters and shopping. Extremely helpful staff.

Because of the minimalist decor, very little drawer space and no shelving in bathroom to lay your toiletries.

From the foyer to the 7th floor registration to the livingroom everything was ultra chic and modern.

The atmosphere

They bumped us, we did not get the suite that we paid for upfront, we were put in a corner room, they overbooked the hotel, very disappointed, we were not notified that our suite would not be available, anniversary trip was a disappointment, we filed a complaint with Westin, we now have an open file

The design of the hotel was amazing, I loved it! Very Modern hotel! I enjoyed the fact that I didn't have to go far to have a drink, I would go down to the lobby bar and have a drink then return to the room! Great crowd! I arrived early, yet my room was ready! The front desk agent Nicholas was very nice and helpful and promptly checked me in! Hotel is in a great location, plenty of restaurants in time square and down the side streets! Can't wait to come back!

Very convenient - in the city center. The lobby and the bar is beautiful. When you come to the hotel it is not easy to find a porter which seemed weird to me

The location and the friendly staff !!!

The suite is good for 2 adults and 2 children younger than 12 years, because the beds or not comfortable. We booked for family with older children with booking.com. I also called the hotel and somebody told me that the room was ok for 4 adults. There is also much noise at night.

La habitación, sus instalaciones, su servicio "whatever" y su ubicación.

A pesar de haber estado en la planta 36 se escuchaba el ruido de la calle, así como las tuberias, que al abrir los grifos en otras habitaciones, hacian un ruido bastante fuerte y desagradable.
