The Mega Room was very spacious, which is unusal in New York so that made the stay more pleasurable. I also liked the decor of the room and the Hotel itself. |

Pleasant employees....excellent location. Size was just right...not too big not too small. Elevator malfunction while we were between floors. Properly addressed by hotel staff. |

Very clean, neat room. Great location in Union Square. When they made a mistake and forgot our room service order, it was quickly brought to us and for free. Bathroom needs updating. |

The doorman Jose is awesome. Very helpful. The resaurant Olives was great. Dinner was delicious! Great wine menu too. Distance from everything. It's a long walk to Rockefeller Center & Times Square. |

The location was great to all the places I needed to visit. Also, the front desk, Natalie was very efficient and went out of her way to make us feel at home. We will return. No coffee maker in room. |

The location and the building itself. The front desk clerks, was really poorly-trained. They all had attitudes and weren't helpful at all. When I sent my jacket for dry cleaning, they brought it back, literally with the coffee stain on it. And, this is all for $400/night!! I'll NEVER stay here again. It's a waste of money. |

Location is excellent and our room was very good. Hotel design is contemporary and modern. The door staff appeared disinterested in guests and there was generally a lack of friendly hospitality that you usually enjoy in the US. With the exception of the bar staff nobody smiled at us! |

The room was pretty clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The room was noisy--I could hear people in the hall and the room next to me. It could have been cleaner but over all it was not bad. I di not like the food in the restaurant "Olive's" it was too salty. |

I absolutely loved this hotel. The location is very good, there are some great places to eat around there. Having room service was excellent, Good bar that served excellent cocktails. Would definitely stay again. Conciege were extremley helpful. |

design... but far from the top... just correct. doesn't worth the money nobody there knows nothing about the city. Concierge is zero. I've got one sprite from the minibar, which I founded half empty at arrival and they charged me 156usd. Of course I didn't payed... If you want a shower cap you have to ask for it every day... Come on 400usd/day. 16usd internet for 24 hours!!!! in USA??? even in Romania is for free. They are mean (miserly, avare, mezquino, kleinlich) |

立地が非常に良い割には部屋は静か。部屋がNYCにしては広い。朝食サービスが臨機応変で好感がもてた。ロ- ビーで飛行機のインターネットチェックインができるは便利。タクシーの捕まりにくい時間帯にベルボーイが一- 緒にタクシーを探すのを手伝ってくれたのは有難かった。 最初チェックインして入った部屋は誰かが使っていた。フロントの手違い（平謝りでお詫びに朝食クーポンをく- れた）だったが、逆に自分達の部屋に誰かが勝手にドアを開けて入ってきたらと思うと高級ホテルにあるまじき- ミスだと思った。それ以外のサービスは全て満足のいくものだったので少し残念だった。 |

L'hotel est extrèmement bien placé ; les chambres sont très confortables (bien qu'un peu bruyantes) ; le personnel est très pro et très attentionné ; une mention spéciale à la concierge Aisha Thomas très efficace et à qui l'on peut faire confiance; le restaurant l'olive est à recommander Le bar le soir est complet et n'offre pas d'alternative aux clients de l'hotel |
