Not a pick up location for shuttle to airport.

The staff throughout was amazing from the front desk to the restaurant and bar. I am living in Seattle for 4 months for a bone marrow transplant and this was a special weekend adventure for me. After checking in, Erin at the front desk had a lovely cheese/fruit tray with gift cards delivered to the room. Above and beyond and was so very,much appreciated! :) I would highly recommend the W Seattle!

Softer towels perhaps

The location was great. The building itself is nice. The bed was comfortable.

When we walked into the room there was a horrible smell of old human oil. We had to get a housekeeper to spray it out. Window shades were dusty. We ran out of Kleenex; only a few were in the box. The toiletries were severely insufficient. No shower cap for my wife. The soap was ridiculous to use out of the tiny bottle and the shampoo was a strange lemon scent. The hotel nickel-and-dimed for everything; unlike other hotels that actually provide some services to provide their guests comfort. $20 for 2 hours of music, really? An airline would charge less for your mini bar.

We did not like that we couldnt get big car to the airport as we got from the airport we were seven people.I didnt like that there are no coffie maschine in the room.

We enjoyed the lounge. The decor was beautiful.

The room was not worth the money paid. Terrible layout. Not even a coffee press in the room. Paid a lot of money for nothing.

Me and my husband were looking for a place that was pet-friendly and we came across w Hotel. Booking.com was having a flash deal and it was a great price. We paid $153 (excluded tax and fees). Overall the hotel exceeded our expectation. The room was big with a very comfortable long couch by the window. We stayed on 24th floor and the view was great. The location is great, just a walking distance to everything.

Parking was full and we had to park at a parking garage. It was pretty close to the hotel so it's not a big deal but it would be nice to have a hotel parking available for all guests.

1. Room was not very clean or well maintained 2. $15 Wi-fi seems ridiculous in this day and age 3. How can a Martini be $10 and a shot of bailey's on ice be $12? 4. Cleaners opened our door while we were in the room on 4 occasions during a one night stay

Well, dont like to complain but while in our room the morning of our departure, while my wife and I were starting to get dressed, the door opened with no knock and was the room service person (male). Unfortunately we were bo in the buff. I called down to front desk and was connected to MOD and shared my unhappiness with the eperience. I wasnt exactly satisfied with the managers response, seemed to be, "oh gosh, sorry this happened". I understand how mistakes can be made, but how they're dealt with is in full control of anyone...I'm not interested in returning to W as a guest due to the lack of concern by the MOD!

The location was within walking distance of all the downtown attractions.

The first room we were given smelled horrible. The staff was very accomodating and got us into a new room right away.

the carports in the rooms and hole ways definitively need to be changed.and better maintenance to be done to the furniture in the rooms

W Seattle is innovative and thinks in new ways about how to care for the guests. The location is about as good as it gets in Seattle, just no view of they bay.

A lot of things provided for free at cheaper chain motels are extras at W Seattle. Examples are WiFi and Parking. Most anoying they did not stick to the price offered over booking.com but overcharged by 150$ (not caring for extras). Apples and coffee are free though.

The price ..we had an issue with the amount they charged my card and the hotel staff didnt nothing to help me with sort this out .will never stay there again ..there loss we book 3 rooms every year in Seattle will try the fairmont next time !

The "Happy Hour" was misleading - the waitress told us to just look at the dinner menu and ignore the lower prices for beer, wine, and food even though we went down from our room just for the happy hour before going out for dinner. The price for parking our car seemed exorbitent
