Location, room, little grocery store downstairs, staff
A little loud noise from the street.
Place was in the perfect place being along the main strip and only a short walk through a park to the beach. Hotel was clean and staff friendly.
Although travel money cards are debit cards don't use these cards to pay as the hotel did not want to accept this form of payment.
Carpet was very old. Bathroom was tiny and the plumbing made noise when you took a shower in the tub which was stained and peeling.
Location. Quality-price ratio.
Staff was very responsive and friendly - thank you!
Street noise was more than expected;
Excellent water pressure. Wonderful bed. Helpful staff.
Found long black hair in tub.
This hotel has the most courteous and accommodating staff. They are the best asset. Maintenance installed a safe in our room within a couple of hours of checking in.
The bathroom was clean but outdated. The inner surface of the tub was cracked and peeling off. The water doesn't drain out properly and you stand in six inches of water while you shower. A/C rattles noisily.
The location of the hotel was good
The where a lot of work going on the premises , very noise all day
Location, clean large room, comfortable beds
Noise from street
Lobby was clean and the staff was helpful.
The bed was aweful, firm with no padding. The glass door did not close tight so all night long there was a howling from the wind.
Bad musty smell in the rooms
comfortable beds and lovely people who were always willing to help
The hotel is ready to be knocked down or needs a big renovation but it seems like they make sure the penthouses are in better condition as well as the common areas!
Food service, parking fees
We had a room on the 14th floor. We had one of the rooms that was on the corner of the floor so we had two balconies one faced the ocean and a beautiful park, and the other faced the city. We absolutely loved our this hotel and their friendly staff. I made a call to the front desk to get additional blankets and an ironing board. They sent everything up within about 7min of the call. Great location also. There are plenty of high end stores right outside of the hotel (Gucci, Prada, Coach, etc). The beach is an easy 5-6min walk. The hotel is also right on a bus line. You step right out of the hotel doors and there are always a few sight seeing busses along with city buses that pass by every few min. I would recommend hopping on one and Rodin around Waikiki just for fu
The ceiling walls are very thin. We could hear our upstairs neighbor opening their sliding door and moving things across the floor. The only thing that I could complain about was the sounds of sirens during our first night. It was new years eve so there was a lot of police and fire department activity up-and-down the street. Even on the 14th floor with the doors closed the sirens were very loud. However after that night and for the rest of our staythere really wasn't much of a sound issue.
Clean room with comfortable beds. Good location. Great staff, very polite and accommodating ie) arranged late night check-in and early morning transportation back to airport.
Requested extra wide double bed and got two twins. Bathroom very tired and in need of renovation. Honolulu is expensive...the value for money isn't there unless you pay well over 250.00 US a night.
Walking distance from everywhere in Waikiki strip! It was a random trip to Hawaii and we were able to book and get a room on the same day we arrived in Oahu.
Difficult to find. Very, very noisy room - outside noise from the street kept us awake all night. Mandatory valet parking. We had a second night scheduled the next week - cancelled it and booked elsewhere.
Location, front entrance and breakfast.
Bathrooms in hotel room need updating,
Good location, bed was comfortable, quite big room, huge TV, clean room, nice hotel staff, received an upgrade
WIFI does not worked well, we lived on the 11th floor and it was quite noisy, the balcony door and windows are not soundproofed
Location and staff
Room location was great. Great breakfast buffet. Hotel location was great.
Staff very helpful and friendly. Location was very good. Room large with plenty of space.
Room had no safe and bathroom old and dated. Curtains falling apart from age.Wifi was free but sketchy.
The staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful and the location was just great,
There was nothing really I didn't like, it would have been nice to have slightly better kitchen facilities..one of the stove tops didn't work however there was sufficient stuff for me to do what I needed to do in there for there.
Friendly, Helpful Staff, Good Value
A security guard named Anthony went out of his way to help my wife who wasn't feeling well after travelling. He opened a private lounge so that she could rest while waiting for the room to be readied.
It could use some updating.
