Loved that it was a little bit away from town. Still super close but not right in it. Loved the lagoon and the pool, and Kendra was incredible, fantastic customer service.

Being in between the shopping malls and Waikiki Beach and right next to the yacht harbour and the beautiful lagoon. The hotel had a great little coffee shop, market and bistro and a classy Italian restaurant. Will stay there again.

Air conditioner was noisy but after a few days we got used to it.

The location is just on the edge of the major part of Waikiki-easy to get around but a bit more quiet. Easy walk to Ala Moana shopping mall. Good restaurants in the area and nearby Food Pantry. Room has a full kitchen, balcony, and is a comfortable place to be.

We liked the location, better than the crowded Waikiki Beach area. Staff were all helpful in the office. Good advice from Lori re activities etc.

The noisy aircon, and we did not have a view of the water. No electric jug for tea making.

    Staff seems very friendly.

The resort is located in the Ilikai hotel, it is not easy to be found. Hotel provide very limited assistance to find resort office.

Everything was great. The bed was really comfortable, the best I have experienced at a hotel. The room was clean and it was really quiet.

The place is centrally located so it was easy to go to the beach or to the mall or to find some place to eat. I like that it has a kitchenette so it was convenient to prepare breakfast.

Had a lovely room overlooking the pool, lagoon and the ocean. Close to restaurants and the beach. Friendly, helpful staff. Would stay here again.

A bit confusing checking in as they are on the 2nd floor not in the lobby.

Great location for walking to Alamoana Shopping Mall and to Waikiki beaches. Value for money with big studio with kitchen. Quiet. Nearby lagoon is great for parents with small children.

These apartments are within the Ilikai Hotel (so tell your shuttle or taxi driver too take you to the Ilikai Hotel) but the rooms are rented by a separate company with check in in room 212. If you arrive after 11 pm (we did) you get a temporary key from the Hotel's front desk. The night guy at the front desk was rude. Complained that the first name on the passport and the first name on the booking (e.g. Jamie instead of James) was not the same. It was ok to say that like airline tickets hotel reservations must be using full formal names too, but he did not point this out politely.

Room size, space and kitchen for breakfast on the Balcony. Rod and Chester on Hotel Reception - Excellent service, smiley faces and cheerful chatter.

Valet parking compulsory.....Customer service was appalling.....$28 and they wanted tips. Self-Parked above the Red Lobster for $20 a day and the attendant always had a smile

My wife and stayed for 6 nights at the Ilikai. The hotel has an excellent location, not far from Waikiki Beach and the Ala Moana Shopping complex. Everything was extremely well organised and staff were very friendly and helpful. We had an extremely pleasant stay and staff assisted us with a late check-out and a courtesy room because we had a late flight. The courtesy room was the use of a hotel room for 30 minutes, allowing us to have showers in the evening before heading to the airport. This was one of our best hotel experiences we have ever had and I highly recommend the Ilikai to anyone.

Large room, full kitchen facility, clean, wonderful location, free wifi, free local phone call, good price.

Avoid the "special offer" which actually trying to sell their membership. I know this thanks to review comments from previous guests.

It was close to the beach&all the things I needed for my stay was in walking distance.

I didn't like all the noise from the construction that was going on@the time of my STAY.

The price is reasonable, and the staff is very welcoming. Ilikai is the first stop for the shuttle to Waikele outlet.

The location is in the middle between ala moana center and Waikiki beach, so if you do not ride on a bus, it'll be a little tiring to walk to either venue.

Huge room, great location, close to lagoon and beach and ala moana, plenty of food places nearby. Skip the pool and head to the lagoon.

Could have done with a clean more often

Full kitchen was nice to have. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location more quiet than in midst of Waikiki but easy to walk there as well as walk to Ala Moana mall. Many restaurants nearby plus market in hotel and ABC stores nearby.

Beach isn't right there but you overlook the marina and ocean. Easy walk to beach. They couldn't find my booking.com reservation right away so it took awhile to get checked in.

Enjoyed the location by the lagoon and beach. Great Wi-Fi. Staff were really helpful. The restaurant and bar on the ground level swerved really good food at reasonable prices.

The swimming pool is too deep, which means non-swimmers etc are all congregated in a small space at one end.
