The surfing point is near!
There's that noise caused by delivery trucks beside Sheraton. Even if we stayed already at 18th floor, we could still hear it in the early mornings.
The hotel has a strategic location, as we can be easily picked up by tour operators at nearby Sheraton bus depot.
Location was best part but the hotel is modern and has a funky edge downstairs which is appealing.
We would have preferred to have some tea and instant coffee making facilities in our rooms with complimentary milk for added convenience.
Waikiki Parc was convenient for all aspects of our holiday - close to the shops, beach and pickup point for tours.
Liked it all, just some minor things could have been better
small exercise facilities and pool was closed
Toilet flushing mechanism failed twice during the stay and needed maintenance. Very windy and noisy on the mountain view side, windows did not seal and the high wind was howling. We were moved to sea view side and problem solved.
Concierge and reception staff were exceptional. Keren the Concierge is the most helpful and knowledgeable person we had the pleasure of meeting. Her activity and restaurant recommendations were spot on and she was exceptional. This was also a return visit for us after 7 years and it was amazing that Bernie remembered us. All in all a great stay!
the staff were helpfull, at the front desk , concierge , bell boys , staff working at breakfeast in the dining room , room maids, everybody is proactive and professionnal .The hotel is a couple minutes from the beach and in a nice area, comfortable bedroom and elevator are efficients. They are a very good Wi Fi connection and the breakfast buffet was diversify and good.
The hotel provides an atmosphere and experience that is well aligned with what one expects from a stay in Waikiki, without being over the top in experience, or billings. Very nice and helpful staff. Would most certainly recommend it.
Charged for 3rd person in the room, but had to bunk in same bed as friend. Not being given a beach view. Taxes being charged but not supposed to?
Arrival staff nice Private Not busy
well too noisy, had to change room after the first night, room with mountain view means room with view to the rooftop of a parking garage. I would not stay in this hotel again!!
This is a very well managed and comfortable hotel. From the moment we arrived until we left, all staff members treated us as though we were valued guests. They are friendly, attentive, and always took time to play with our 2.5 year old son. The concierge was so helpful and arranged several outings for us. The location is perfect if you want to be right in the middle of the action in Waikiki. I would definitely stay here again.
Nothing. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and will stay here again when I come back to Honolulu.
Amazing location between beach and shops. Super friendly staff who are very helpful. Comfortable room and a sea view was perfect for us. Complimentary wifi and printer.
During the night it was hard to sleep with balcony door open as there were trucks downstairs and it got pretty noisy.
The staff were absolutely wonderfull from the moment we checked inn. The location was great as it was in the walking distance to the Main Street.
We cannot fault the Waikiki Parc, our room, the staff, the services & the location was perfect. We cannot speak highly enough of this hotel. It was our 30th wedding anniversary & they put us in an amazing room on the 18th floor with a view to die for & left a complimentary bottle of champagne in our room on arrival. We will be back!!!!
We love our cup of tea in the room and a coffee / snack during the day in our hotel and a bar to hav a night cap before going up to bed! After 3 days we asked if we could hav a kettle and one was sent up .... not a problem! But we would hav liked the kettle in the room or to be told a kettle was available upon request - small matter but important to us. The question begs .... why hav tea bags int he room and no kettle??
Access to the beach - tops All the staff were super - friendly and v helpful. Location for the shops was perfect
the beauty of this chic boutique hotel was off in a quiet street and easy access to the central area. The staff was very helpful and friendly which made our honeymoon memorable
It was a little noisey early on some mornings when street cleaning etc was happening.
The hotel was in a great location - very handy to the beach, buses, shops and restaurants. Our room was well appointed, with views to the mountains. There was a lovely pool with many sunloungers and seating options. Staff were all very helpful to any request or general question regarding tours, getting from one place to another etc. We took the option of including breakfast in our stay which was an excellent buffet style one.
Pool little small but adequate. Balcony small (juliet style).
Wine evening. Breakfast we great. Style
The room's air conditioning did not blow hard enough to cool the room. At 4 am we called to have a fan brought up, given moving to another room would be pointless at this time.
Location was good
The staff, especially the bell desk were super friendly and always willing to help you out. They definitely display the Aloha spirit. The rooms were small but all you need and clean. Bed was comfy. The location was excellent, only a short walk to the beach and bars and restaurants.
Very little to not like, but pool was a bit shallow.
City/mountain view room on 20th floor was quiet and bed very comfortable, staff on late arrival excellent, as was concierge for tour booking. Waikiki shore just a short walk away, with catamaran and beachside bar/restaurant. Buffet breakfast worth the $15pp cost, computer use very convenient. Pleasant pool area on 8th floor, with plenty of comfortable lounges. Reassuring requirement for room key to use the lift.
The gym was so tiny and smelt really bad from new carpet I think.
The location and the furnishings. The room cleaning staff were excellent and the design of the hotel was very nice
nothing to not like
Size of the rooms.
Staff, cleanliness, location.
