It was very central close to the beach and activities. Right in the heart of the Art Deco District. It was very noisy. You could hear every door close and not sound proof at all. |

rooms were clean, friendly staff, pretty quiet for the party area of south beach, good food at resturant, safe, convient store attached to hotel elevator was very scary- just used stairs, maid comes knocking early- put up do not disturb sign! |

Very nice location close to all the action and the beach, clubs, good food. hotel has paper thin walls, we could hear everything, doors shutting close, everyone who walk in the hall way, all the noise seemed like it was inside the room, the bathroom was old and durty we actually bought a bottle of bleach spray to clean it, Ive have stayed in other hotels on the same location and never had that problem. but if you are looking not to ever sleep, and to be close to all the action is perfect. |

The location was very good. Right next to the beach, clubs and shopping areas. The people next door have been way too loud that I had to call the reception at 2am. Since "the party" didn´t stop I had to call again at 3am. I think it´s still should be like a hotel and not like a hostel where all the teens can party all night long when other ones need to sleep. |

5 minute walk to the beach, great location, in the heart of South Beach. It wasn't too expensive. Free Internet in lobby, good value lunch meal in the restaurant outside with a free cocktail. :) Not much of an atmosphere in the hotel itself but that shouldn't worry you too much as everything is on the doorstep. |

the location it was right in the middle of everything we could walk in mis to all the resturants clubs and shops. the ac wasnt working very well so the room was a little warm. |

Actually I was very disappointed with the hotel. The room was small and we couldnt control the air. Wouldn't recommend it. Expected a pool, room very small, couldnt control the air, 19 inch TV, not very clean. |

The Room Mate Waldorf Hotel has a very central location - many shopping, restaurants and bars can be reached by foot which is good as the parking options in the area is limited. The hotel is very, very noisy during weekends due to it's central location, restaurant on 1st floor and poor sound isolation in the old building. |

The room was simple, but clean. Location + excellent, just a few steps from he beach, just maybe too close to never sleeping Ocean Drive crowds. There is a hotel downstairs offering 50% off the menu for the ones who live in the hotel or when catching special deals. Funny to say, but it seemed to be too close to everything! |
