Room Mate Waldorf Towers

We read the reviews for this hotel and it was exactly as stated: Clean, friendly and perfect location. I requested a room on a higher floor and towards the back which kept us away from the street noise and Mango's. Slept perfectly every night. Highly recommend this hotel! Juan and his staff are very friendly and we hope to visit again soon.

It doesn't have the parking lot

The room was rather small (two people cant pass each other past the bottom of the bed), and a bit on the noisy side (any sounds from corrdior comes into room as plane door doesnt have any sound insulation and is smaller than the opening, there was some street noise too)

I like the customer service in the check in and check out. They were really great. The room were very beautiful and modern. Its a excellent hotel. I will come back for sure.

The staff was really helpful and patient and just really nice. The location was ideal and the breakfast was fantastic !

Just one thing though, don't stay in the room close to the lift as otherwise you will hear the doors opening and closing and people coming out of it all the time. The walls are also quite thin so hopefully you will be lucky with your neighbours. We had someone walking with stilettos all the time upstairs and we could hear sometimes the conversation of our next door neighbours.

I liked everying about my stay at your hotel. The room, the staff, the food and the location. I was extremely impressed with the friendliness and efficiency of the front desk staff, especially Anna and Juan.

Very friendly staff, willing to help with any questions. Hotel has a great design and is very stylish. Perfect location on the Ocean Drive.

Unfortunately there was a huge noise Saturday early morning (5-6 am) right outside the hotel. It sounded if somebody was mowing the lawn... This lasted several minutes :-(. Probably unlucky timing as on Sunday morning everything was quiet.

The staff was very accommodating and went out of its way to make sure I was happy. I had made a special request for a two-bed room. None were available at the original booking price so they upgraded me to a better room at the same rate. The property looks good and is in an excellent location.

We liked that although the hotel had been fully renovated the Art Deco character had not been lost. The room was well decorated and we liked the position of the hotel on South Beach.
