地理位置非常好，在迈阿密海滩酒店区域的中心，出门就很热闹。酒店的大堂感觉很好，小型的design hotel，但进到房间，实在有些小失望，似乎就是升级版的国内如家、汉庭之类的。但是服务很贴心，前台总- 是非常热心。门口的餐厅味道也很不错，我们吃了几次，就是价格不菲，2个人点了一瓶葡萄酒、一瓶气泡水、一- 份前菜、一份主食，人均都要70USD了，另外还要加18%的服务费。。。在迈阿密的4天，从海滩打的去了- little havana，差不多40USD；租了两天车，去了key west,那边的感觉真的不错，很有南法小镇的感觉。

当时定了大床房，窗户基本是不能开的，开出去就是隔壁餐厅的厨房后门。。。海滩到了晚上还是比较乱的，晚上- 回去停车，还有人跟你抢车位，看到有人站在车位上还会故意过来撞开你。哎，反正迈阿密没给我留下什么好印象- ，再也不去了 。

The staff was very welcoming and kind. The hotel located near the beach and lots of Caffe's and restaurants. The rooms are very well decorated, clean and the whole atmosphere is great.

The decor

Very good location, just in a heart of South Beach. Nice hotel design with relatively small standard rooms but clean and fresh.

A bit noisy in the evenings and nights, weak soundproofing.

The beds need updating.

This hotel is located directly across the street from the beach. It was convenient to walk to just about anywhere or rent bicycles to travel further if you wanted. The staff was extremely helpful and polite. The room was clean and the bed and linens were comfortable. We were allowed to store our luggage and use the facilities both before we officially could check in and after we checked out giving us maximum beach time around our flights.

The room we stayed in was unfortunately located on the first floor and shared a wall with the men's room. It didn't keep us awake at night but until the restaurant located in front of the hotel was closed for the night we could hear that room being used.

Price; a bit over the top, but I guess you pay a lot for the excellent location on Ocean Drive...

Excellent location at a very good price, right on Ocean Drive. Nice restaurant with reasonable prices. Excellent staff, we had a problem with the AC and somebody came immediately to explain how it worked. Nicely decorated room, nice bathroom, stylish hotel in general. I would definitely go back.

Minor remark about the noise because of poor quality acoustics, but we got ear plugs ... I wondered why they were next to the bed, but it soon became clear at night. Then again, noise seems to be normal in that busy area.

All of it. Excellent couldn't fault anything. Excellent Art Deco original hotel in the heart of SoBe. The attached restaurant also really good. Beware the mojitos!!!

Excellent location in the heart of South Beach

The hotel looks overpriced. Rooms are tiny, requested 2 separate bed were no provided, WiFi didn't work inside the room and the side alley behind the building was very noisy.

There was no ice machine and it was very inconvenient for me to have to refill a small ice bag.

Waldorf Towers was in a great location right on South Beach, Hotel was spotless, staff really friendly and very helpful. Easy to find and within reach of all amenities. We had a two night pre-cruise stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Waldorf Towers, loads of restaurants and bars nearby and you get 15% discount off your bill at the restaurant in front of Waldorf Towers.

Would have scored 10/10 if the parking arrangements were better. Great valet parking right outside hotel, but for some reason the cars were not parked when they arrived. Had to wait 20 minutes driving around waiting for a valet space outside. My car was left outside 5 hours! Otherwise perfect - great staff comfortable and clean. Car got delivered back in 10 mins which was also great

Location. It's close to loads of nice restaurants by Ocean Dr., right in front of the beach. The restaurant by the hotel serves great breakfast and dinner - I didn't tried lunch. Staff is very helpful.

On my first night there were bugs on my bed, as I woke up with five bug bites, but it didn't happen again.

Location was in the middle of Art Deco and the hotel itself is one of the historical attraction and it was easy to approach to South beach.

The room was clean and cozy, but a bit small compare to the price.

The staff is really truly wonderful. We arrived incredibly late and the man at the front desk gave us some champagne to welcome us. He then said, it is so late, no one else is checking in so he offered us the rest of the bottle to enjoy as we relaxed into our late night. This was a small gesture but It really made me feel welcomed and above and beyond. The room was beautiful. The next morning we met Lorenzo, who was actually the whole reason we booked because I saw all of the comments about him. He was lovely and invited us back. Great location with a staff that really wants to do whatever they can to make your stay great. Rooms are sexy fun decor.

Clean, friendly staff, excellent location, great breakfast $4.95-wow!! We will be back!

One of the receptionist said "no later check-out possible for money due to busy occupancy: while the other receptionist managed later check out at 5 pm without any problems. I got a mail order. I did not get a notice from the hotel staff at all. I had to ask k several times the receptionist to get my delivery...very nice...
