Friendly staff and also very helpful concierges with tourist information. 24 hour complimentary tea and coffee. Comfortable bed.Sarabeths restaurant very nice. Good location Breakfast room very cramped. Original classic queen room extremely small - hardly any larger than the bed and very claustrophobic! I would not have been in any way comfortable in that room - perhaps OK for one person but not for 2. Upgraded to suite which was very nice as first room had no robes, flowers and security lock broken. |

The neighborhood (Madison @ E 92nd) is lovely, plenty of shops and restaurants around. The hotel staff is also great, very friendly and helpful. Simply, the room was just too small. Space for a bed and a desk and that was it, it wasn't even easy to get around the side of the bed past the desk. The closet was the smallest I have ever seen -- about 18 inches deep. I had to take the ironing board out and prop it against the wall during my stay so that my clothes would fit inside -- and I was there for less than a week! Also, under the circumstances, the hotel is significantly overpriced. |

I would Love to stay again, but you need to give different bed options in your reservation. We needed two beds per room and we got Queens. The hotel was very helpful but you could have averted the problem with a choice in beds. |

Our room was fantastic--separate office space, bathroom, and bedroom, not to mention an adequate closet. Furnishings were attractive and comfortable. Amenities were the right ones. Absolutely nothing. |

Staff wa very friendly, and the hotel is in a neighborhood with excellent restaurants. Small room, easy to hear noise through door from hallway, noisy window air conditioning unit. |

The location was excellent: up-market and quiet neignbourhood; close to the shopping places, museums and great restaurants. The room size was decent for a single person and nicely furnished. The room was hot at night and I do not like Window AC. |

niente di rilevante, buona la posizione vicino a central park, zona residenziale tranquilla, camere non rumorose, solo i condizionatori troppo rumorosi il personale sufficientemente gentile, ma non tutto, |
