Being forced to use porter service. Not allowed to use their carts. Expensive.
The access to Epcot for the Wine and Food Festival is a real plus. The staff is welcoming , we were upgraded to a room with a balcony that we enjoyed, the room was quiet and comfortable and we could run down to the Java Bar for our morning coffee
The water was only warm for the shower and the electrical outlets on the outer sink area did not work. There was plenty of outlets in the room but using those meant no mirror
Location walking distance to EPCOT.
Parking cost was $16 in thier parking lot, and was not stated obviously in the original agreement on Kayak. When confronted at the front desk with the additional charge, they said there was no other choice. However, I I knew there was. I parked for free a block by the hotel's recreation center. When I checked out, they tried to charge me for main parking, which I never used..The parking cost is a scam and they were consciously dishonest about the options.
The location is walkable to Epcot and the Boardwalk. They have boats to Hollywood Studios and Epcot which is lovely. The counter service in the Dolphin is very nice and friendly
Rooms are expensive bearing in mind technically isn't Disney so cant use magic bands, dining plan there. Limited transport back at night to it. Only cheaper dinning option is in the Dolphin and hidden away it felt so quite a walk. Main pool a considerable walk from hotel.
Excellent location and service but very disappointed with all of the additional charges which took the price from being very reasonable to being quite expensive. Additional charges of 70 dollars per day.
Additional charge of 70 dollars per day for car park... Taxes... Resort charge.
It's ideally placed for all the Disney parks and the shuttle bus and boat service are excellent. The room was huge and had everything we needed with a great view of the parks. Staff were lovely and the whole place was spotless.
All the amenities. Shula Steakhouse. BlueZoo. The spa. The BEDS! The white tea smell. The robes. The kindness of the staff.
All the extra little charges...taxes...nickle and diming...its tacky. Also, I didn't know whether after spending $26 a day on valet if I was still supposed to tip. If so...thats crazy.
Close to Epcot and Boardwalk
No laundry facilities (families need clean laundry!!)
Convenience to Walt Disney and the pool area was clean and beautiful!
The cost...very outdated rooms. They are small and basic. For the cost it should have an overhaul to the modern look, not just a paint over.
Brilliant location to all the parks. Lovely hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Great amenities
Lack of shuttle to Seaworld or shuttle to the airport considering it is a Disney hotel
location and staff was very6 good !!
no one cleaned pool areas at the Swan or Dolphin during eetiehr of the nights we were there. I walked the properties every morbning at 630 and no one had cleaned pool areas of towels or trash.
I like the room it was clean size was fair we did not have a balcony for view but, we enjoy every nite the fireworks from magic kingdom(:
The buffet prices are a little to expensive
My family and I thought that everyone was very pleasant, and accommodating. We will be back next year for vacation.
We didn't like the parking. The cost was high for both things: (valet; or self parking). As much as we pay for everything, parking should be free, or at the vert lease pay $5 a day for those staying over 5 days, and so on. Just my opinion...
I liked the location only
Bad smell in the room like if it was souked with water. i ordered a meal from room service and it never came i called twice and the keep saying that they are on the way. I though the meal will come from italy. I complained the next day to the manager and nothing happened, even though they said that they will fill my room with complemintary food. Sadly nothing happened and i had to sleep hungry :). Regards
Great location and common areas. The pools and access to the parks was the best feature.
The rooms are getting a little tired and need updating.
We asked for a quiet room And they gave us one next to the elevator
I liked the facilities outdoors and the ease of finding transportation. The main areas of the hotel were very pretty. I loved the pool area.
The room was okay but for the money I expected a little more. The tv didn't work and the room wasn't set up for just sitting and relaxing. Only one chair and no table. It was fairly small especially for the price range.
check in was horrible- given a room - hosp suite without beds- took over an hour to get a room - this happened at midnight
Close to the park. Transport by boat to the park. Excellent seafood restaurant.
Notting. Paying for parking space whereas at disney paris hotels it is free of charge
needed more time
Loved the ability to eat at fine dining restaurants. Loved the ability to get to Boardwalk & Epicot.
I liked that we were close to Epcot and Hollywood studios
The hotel itself is just so-so
Wifi wouldn't work, had to pack up and move to new room. Although there was a compensation for the inconvenience, which was nice.
