Hotel is in desparate need of updating; lobby is shaby, in room carpet is shaby, processes are all manual, room security is scary ( they hand you an actual key, not up to date card key). Front desk insisted my room was not pre-paid, even after producing proof. They finally looked and the second page of the folio and saw that it was. No apology |

The staff were friendly and helpful, the restaurant was good. My room was dirty, dusty and the carpet was dirty and worn. The bath tub was too short. All the items in the minibar were covered in dust and the fridge shelf was broken so things fell out all the time. There was wine but no bottle opener in the room. There was a weird smell in the room and it was too hot all the time - the fan was useless. |

Restaurant was terrific, staff were very kind, chatty and helpful and security conscious. Our first night bedroom was quite cramped and small. We complained and were moved to a better room for the second night. The decor is faded and old world and beds were not as comfortable as in other places we stayed on our trip. |

Enjoyed the Suite. Lovely rooms. Staff was very helpful. The location is very easy walking distance to Union Square and bart station. Our first room was non-smoking but was located on a smoking floor which we did not like. The front desk allowed us to move to another room without a problem. |

The stay in the Warwick was great, I loved the fact that everything was within walking distance. I loved the decore the room was great. We had a couple unforseen guess that stood with us the first night there, and for a small fee it was no problem. Parking was a little expensive $35.00 a night in a parking complex that stated on there sign $20.00 a night, but the Warwick would deliver the car to the front of the hotel in nothing flat. All in all it was a great stay, I would defently stay there again the next time I visit. Just the price of the parking, but that's San Francisco! |

Excellent location for sightseeing in San Francisco. Cable cars run less than two blocks away and BART station is about 5 blocks. Quaint European-style hotel. Very fair price (for San Francisco). Beds could use an upgrade. |

Very well located in the center of San Francisco near Chinatown and many restaurants Hotel staff does not the neighborhood. We arrived late and asked about a restaurant that will be opened. The only answer we got was for a fast food full with homeless people. After we discovered that a nice Dinner was opened 24/24 on the other side of the street. Valet parking is very slow (30mn to get the car !) and very expensive - dont' use it. 100Meters away in the same street there is a parking charging twice less for the same service. |

The price The room was extremely cramped. There was no closet, but rather an armoire at the foot of the bed with doors that barely closed. The sink was outside of the bathroom when you first walked in the room. It just made us feel claustrophobic and not want to be in the room. You'd swear that the 360 degree view was filmed with a camera from inside the armoire. The internet access which we were required to pay for did not work (and we were refunded). |

It provided a convenient, reasonably priced, intimate and friendly setting in which to explore San Francisco. Loved all the nearby art galleries. The hair dryer did not work! |

Really enjoyed the decor of the hotel--very luxurious in an old-fashioned, European kind of way. Bed was extremely comfortable. Sttaff were very nice and upgraded me to suite w/no extra charge. Location was very convenient; could walk to public transportation. Slight moldy smell in bathroom. |

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Desk staff have no authority to think outside the box to retain guests for extra nights stay except at the normal one day rack rate. I reserved for two days at their special two-day special. On the second day I asked to extend and they could not offer their three day rate, instead it would have been as if I checked in for only one day, subsequently I checked out and left---dissappointing. |

On-room Wi-Fi rather expensive, but there was a free internet connected computer in the lobby which made up for that. For the rest everything was perfect for this relatively good price! |

The room I was in was very comfortable and surprisingly quiet for facing a busy street. Street cleaning between 4-6 pm is highly inconvenient if you have a car and you're trying to check in at that time. Staff seemed ill-equipped and too incompetent to deal with this issue: even though they had the keys to my car and only one other family was checking in, they kept calling me to come and move my car within two minutes of carying my bags up to my room. |

Location location location! Couldn't have stayed at a more convenient hotel. Have already recommended hotel to friends who are heading to SF in June. Only dislike was the check-in girl who didn't appear to know what she was doing, it was frustrating. |
