Warwick San Francisco Hotel  

The staff were incredible, the attention to detail regarding providing a comfortable stay was outstanding. They also showed genuine interest to how the trip for us was going and offered any help and advice openly.

Lack of tea making facilities.

- the staff were wonderful !! - we shared a suite and it was fantastic. The sliding doors allowed each of us privacy at night, and a sizeable, comfy space in the day. - room facilities were great: 2 TVs, 2 bathrooms, desk, coffee table, bureaus, lovely armoires in each room -nice bathrooms very comfy beds

-I liked everything, but would say that the furniture is a little past its prime. Nicks and chips on the wood, a few tears on the drapes, etc.

Not what I expected for the price. Booked a room for double occupancy and got single, had to get two roll away's brought in.

hotel was quaint and in good location. Dining room was very nice.

the room was dusty, not very clean. Inch of dust on door jams. Massive dust in between partition doors in suite. Room on street side was horribly noisy. Not enough towels for 3 people sharing a suite.

rather high priced for what you get (200+ per night), room is a little old which is in character with the historic location but I think there then has to be a strong emphasis on cleanliness (I found some hair in a drawer and small pieces of garbage under the bed)

Awesome boutique hotel in the heart of Union Square. Great staff and very accommodating.

The room was pretty good but there was an old TV in the sitting area inside the wardrobe. Don't know why it was there really.

This place is so elegant. The location is PERFECT! The staff are among the nicest we have ever met-so helpful! We stayed in a suite and it was great.

We really had no negatives in regard to the Hotel.

It's located nicely across a theatre and very close to restraunts, also a parking garage around the corner, staff is very nice and would stay there again!

Would like a to see a small gym

The staff and the adjoining restaurant food and their staff were all excellent. I liked the size and quiet of the suite, # 606 . The location also great. The bed was comfortable . Liked that there was a ceiling fan.

The room needed to be re-painted and the furniture replaced. All was very old , stained, and tired looking. The mini bar's location was awkward and too close to the wooden bed frame which resulted in leg bruises . ( There are too many mentally ill homeless people roaming the streets of San Francisco. )

Lovely old world charm and spotlessly clean. room was super comfortable and showe was perfect!

Surprisingly good quality for the price. Close to everything central. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom.

Staff not always the most friendly or welcoming. No free wifi.

The staff was very curtious and made you feel important. The suite we stayed in was a wonderful smoking room.

I did not like the bed. The mattress was extremely hard. I did not get a good night sleep.

We had a suite and loved the room. Plenty of windows, 2 bathrooms, nice bed and decor. Clean and unique. Staffwas friendly, service wonderful, food in the dining room superb.

Wish there was air conditioning, but we stayed when it was cool enough out we could open the windows. There was a ceiling fan in the sitting area, maybe put another in the bedroom.

very low water pressure in the shower and this is something I can live with for the pleasure of an old small hotel.
