отель произвел хорошее впечатление. очень удачно расположен. близко ко всему. номер был маленький, но вполне удобный.

странная форма оплаты отеля. не предупредив нас отель заблокировал на 75 долларов в день большую сумму, чем должен был. странная система уборки номера. горничная пришла в 8 утра и настаивала на уборке. повесили табличку "не беспокоить", но это никак не повлияло на ранние приходы уборщицы рано утром.

Location is first class, staff friendly,

Noise level was horrific , windows did not close properly , complained and was told sorry we will look into it (after we book out)

Location was awesome. Very close to Union Square and great restaurants and pubs. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was quite small but very comfortable and a great price.

The location is excellent; just a block or two from Union Square and 5-10 minutes walk from the Powell street cable car turnaround and the metro. There are plenty of places to eat whatever your budget and the hotel restaurant itself offers an upscale menu. Our junior suite was comfortable; the bed itself lent itself to a good night's sleep and the extra room was appreciated. We liked the decor which was a little shabby chic and French inspired, and liked the free use of a computer in the lobby.

The staff were pleasant but did not seem to me to be as interested and attentive as I would expect from a hotel that considers itself to offer a luxury stay. The restaurant was too pricey for us to eat at apart from one breakfast which was a shame. The bathroom was surprisingly small for a suite which might not suit some.

The hotel was in a great location close to transportation, shopping and the theatres.The staff were excellent! Very friendly and helpful.

Some of the furniture in our room needs to be updated or repaired. But no big issue.

Excellent location...close to sfmoma and Chinatown.

Slightly odd smell in the room/bathroom...not sure what this was due to ?the old furnishings....everything was ok after spraying deodorant around the rooms.

It was very convenient to shopping, restaurants, Union Square, cable car and car rentals. Having a sitting room, bedroom and 2 full bathrooms suited us perfectly.

Location was a good downtown sf spot. Across the street from the Clift Hotel and a few blocks from Union Square, it makes walking to shopping convenient. Staff very accommodating; upgraded our room due to availability.

My husband likes the older, "European" feel; me, not so much. The wooden furniture pieces were worn in places; the photo of the lobby is not the lobby I walked into! If there was a view of downtown, I'm not sure how to access it (we were in the "Executive Suite"). Actually barred windows, double glass to minimize noise (good), but cannot let in fresh air (bad). Also, no air conditioning to freshen up the room. There was an overhead ceiling fan, thank goodness. Room rather dark; tv's did not get good reception - distorted picture. We were not horrified; it was allright all things being equal. Clean and comfortable enough which are the basic needs.

The location is amazing and the staff also fantastic. The room was confortable. We had a little problem with the shower but the staff changed our room at the same time i called the front desk to inform this. Thank`s it was very nice to be there. Christiann Oliveira

I had a denied delivery before i did my check in. Be carefull with this.

The Location

I was a bit put off by the Holes in the comforter on the bed. I would have thrown out a comforter like that. Other than that the room was clean. Also poor choice of tv channels.
