Rooms smelled of urine. Facilities were just not up to par. Even the hallway smelled.
Front desk staff was very friendly. I appreciated the quick check in because I arrived late and was tired. Bed was comfortable and the room looked clean.
The ceiling looked like it could have used a little work in a few spots and the bath tub/curtain had hair on it that was definitely not mine, since I hadn't showered yet. I was woken up at 3 am by people fighting down the hall, who then moved outside, ironically next to my car and my window. It didn't last too long so I didn't call the front desk. In retrospect maybe I should have, but I had to be up early and just wanted to get back to sleep.
Room was large and clean, As a whole the room was quiet. The bedding was also clean. The staff was very pleasant.
The mattress was old, I mean old with the springs on the edges. Bathtub had water ring and the ledge around the tub and where one puts shampoo and such had not been cleaned for a long time. Faucet was filthy on sink.
Nothing gross motel
Beds and TV need to be replaced.
The place is nice and clean. The staff is extremely friendly and professional.
Our room did not have a refrigerator.
Pay the extra money. Stay anywhere else. BED BUGS!!!#
Hallways smelled of smoke and marajuana, even though we had a non smoking room. It just smelled like an aweful funly stale smell too. The room decor seriously needed an update, felt like I was sleeping in a small boys room with the car design on the quilts. Not sure sheets and bes were clean, because everything else looked filty...rugs, curtains, etc and it stunk in there. Rooms were hot as hell despite the AC being on. The smell in the was nearly unbearable. Bed was uncomfortable I won't be returning...ever. Definately would not recomend it to anyone either.
Price, pool, lot of space
smell of chlorine in the room, bit noisy due to big road
our reservation said one king room and one room with two twins, we got two rooms with one queen(barely)..our room was dirty and stained(we have pictures to prove it). My in-laws room was smelling of smoke for a non-smoking room. They were kept awake all night by a barking dog and when the complain all the got was the desk clerk saying "we cater to pet owners too". When I asked for an extension cord for my CPAP machine I was asked "what do you need that for"..The door would not open right away when you put the key in. Would not stay here again
You get what you pay for.
The beds had to be changed on the box spring and the inside door handle came off and they had to put use in another room it was noisey in the halls and talking loaud just didn't seem like a family place more like a place for young people to get loud and all
The pool and the area in general.
The shower and bathroom. The ceiling was caved in and shower was clean but not clean enough
The toilet bowl had brown stains, towel rack broken. Beds uncomfortable. Small old TV. No refrigerator. Pool looked beat up. No wifi or computers. Bad coffee, no free breakfast.
bad bad bad !!
The place is filthy! There were prostitutes in the parking lot and the entire place smelled like mold. One look at this place and we ran!!
flying insects in bed and bathroom
Forensic and police were there....husband shot wife....room smelled of mold...,locked out before I could get in and there was am autistic adult in the adjoining room who was screaming and moaning!!! Terrible experience !!! Hans Wiederkehr
The facility needs to be updated. Very old furnishings and bathroom.
Had to change room because bug bites
bathrooms were not clean and toilet over flowed
The room was spacious and roomy. Other guests were quiet and it was conveniently located.
Cheapest place I could find. Got what I paid for, I suppose, but I have gotten much more for the same price in other urban areas. People who ran it were nice, though.
Smelly rooms. Poor air conditioner. Windows that barely open. Weak wifi. No iron. No soap. Tiny towels. Very uncomfortable beds.
The place was absolutely disgusting. I've never been to a hotel/motel that was so dirty. Our room was a nonsmoking room that smelled like smoke and had an ashtray, the ashtray had a no smoking sign on it. WHAT?!?! I was afraid to shower so I wore my flip flops, it was pretty much pointless because the water came out one drip at a time. Smelled gross, looked gross, I didn't even want to lye down on the bed but I was so tired from travelling.
not much upscale luxury, but a good bed, clean room and plenty of towels, good air conditioner. What more do you want for that price? Also had a pool/
The bathtub was very slippery and the wall did not have a bar to hold on. I was afraid to take a bath out of fear that I might slip. They should do something about it for their own benefit. A customer slipping in the shower is a case for a law suit.
