Valets were very helpful with parking information and advice on getting around.
I hate surprises and there was no mention of the parking situation, or lack there of. I ended up using city lot next door for $16.
Room was out dated, hotel needs a refurbishment, was over priced for what you got
Friendly staff, clean room, spacious room
When I arrived the concierge asked how my trip was and due to United Airlines poor service I had to say Terrible so far. They then upgraded me to a better room for free. It was a pleasant surprise and did make up for the bad flight to Denver. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Denver.
The staff was friendly and the food was excellent
20 minute walk to the 16th street mall
The staff was friendly and the food service was efficient. The location is good relative to the capitol.
The entire property appears old & tired. The first two rooms we were given had torn bed linens. The third room was in good condition, but by this time we had a strong opinion of the quality of the ownership & management of the hotel. It appears that the Warwick ownership is taking advantage of location to book the hotel while not keeping the property in an acceptable condition.
Rooms with balcony. Good location.
The hotel was a good deal for the money. The area is very lively with lots to do and see. The staff was friendly and the room was nice.
The room's bath tub and sink did not drain very well so by the time u were done showering you were standing in a bathtub half full of water
No free Internet access
Spaciousness and location
Deteriorating, particularly the terraces
the balcony, the room, the service and the valet
the room service breakfast was cold and extremely over priced.
Not a bad location efficient staff comfy bed
Loud police ambulance sirens ice machine was rumoured to have been seen on floor

To me, the hotel was somewhat in the average range. I had a good impression when I first arrived, so did my family. I also liked th theme of the hotel which was classic and in someway ellegant. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately, when we entered our rooms some of them were not very clean. There were a lot of insects in the room and the balcony was hideous. It is as you entered another hotel which I would give a 2-star rating. My family were picky and were not satisfied.
I loved their rooftop pool. It was perfect on a hot day. Their complimentary downtown hotel car was a real nice touch.
I don't want to talk about it. Breakfast was very salty.
pool too small and crowded
The look of the hotel from the street. The location. The facility itself. The award winning restaurant. Breakfast in the hotel was not up to par. Service was terrible and the hostess refused to host. That is, she ignored me and walked away upon my entrance. Nevertheless, I was undeterred, and seated myself. A waiter eventually came and a terrible eggs benedict soon arrived. This charge was eventually removed from my bill and in fact, the hotel discounted my room charges for the trouble I encountered.
When I arrived, there was no room available. I was told a block of rooms had been taken out by repairs and that a room at the nearby Sheraton had been booked for me. I resisted the transfer by asking the manager, "have you ever had to stay at a Sheraton?" Soon, a room was made available and all went well from there.
The pool The location Danny was great ... Helpful and attentive Lovely reception area Good business centre facility
Reception staff not engaging-seemed v busy Charging us for water ... Not good Having a balcony that overlooked a car park Hotel cleaning staff who could not speak English
The staff was incredibly friendly, and the room was enormous! The views from the guest rooms are lovely as well.
My room was a bit noisy, as I had a connecting room and I could hear everything from the family with small children that were staying next door.
The service and view were so much better than most other downtown locations.
One side of the hotel faces a loud bar across the street that plays music into the night.
Love the staff! My flight was cancelled at DIA. I went straight to the Warwick. They had no rooms availabe. But found me another very nice hotel to acommodate me. The Warwick is always my first choice in Denver.
I chose this hotel so my grandchildren could swim in your pool... There was a party and we were uncomfortable swimming with "invitation only" people... NOT welcoming at all... It was disappointing and I will NEVER return not will I tell people it was a good experience ... Private party??? Fine ... After 10:00!!! Yuck !!
The toilet in our room ran off and on all night. It was annoying.
