The Warwick is perfectly located in downtown Denver. The hotel has convenient and well done amenities such as the gym, pool, dining, bar, concierge, valet parking. The service is spot on! I would like to share that I was delighted with all the staff except I was rather taken back by one person. I believe his name was Jeff ( not sure )- a bartender at the Randolphs bar. I went to the bar to have a glass of wine and a salad on the evening of Sept 27. It was not busy. It took him sometime to acknowledge me. Once I ordered a glass of wine he continued to wash and put away a dozen glasses before going to poor my wine. He then brought me a menu. It took him sometime to take my order. He never smiled and really never made good eye contact. He did not offer bread with my salad. When it came time to pay my bill he did not leave a pen. I had to get his attention. He told me not everyone puts it on their room so he doesn't offer a pen at first. Really ... he was just not a pleasent person - he was a downer! Everyone else was wonderful!

Everything, but the pool. I was very disappointed that the pool was closed. That was one of the reasons that I chose the Warwick. After a day of golfing it would have been a great relaxer or an early morning swim. I didn't feel that going to a public pool was the same.

1)..Very close to the 17th street business district and the 16th street mall. 2)..Neat little balconies with wonderful views. 3)..Superb room service (they responded in literally seconds). 4)..I had a very large room which usually does not happen on priceline blind 4-star bids. 5)..Elevators always available. 1)..No in and out privledge on parking (valet only). 2)..No lobby or end of the hall coffee in the morning; I personally hate getting dressed to get a cup at the restaurant, would rather have it in my jammies while listening to npr at 7am. 3)..The fm radio was a very poor one, so I had neither my coffee nor my npr at sunrise. 4)..No nyt or any other paper at the front desk or lobby 'tienda'.

The huge balcony Checkin is after 3pm, we arrived at 4pm, had to wait 2 hours and we were told they upgraded us free of charge. After we waited for 2 hours, we received a room on the 6th floor. The issue with that is we book the Mile High suite and I confirmed the reservation with the hotel 3 days prior to our stay. They told me we had the Mile High suite (floors 7- 12), so how was it an upgrade to put us on the 6th floor? Then, the bed had plastic under the sheet, it was horrible, we couldn't sleep. At 8:30 there was construction on a Saturday (New Year's Eve). We checked out and moved to another hotel after 1 night. Will never go back.

Excellent pool & rooftop sun terrace. Fast & free wifi (even though website says you must pay...). Friendly, helpful & proactive staff. Perfect location, 2 blocks from main street, where there are free shuttles up-&-down it every 60 seconds, all day! Very well priced (there was some sort of special offer when I stayed because an hotel of thus calibre would normally be much more expensive) My room was beautiful & had a sunny balcony. I loved this hotel! I didn't get enough time to relax enough at the pool because the hotel's proximity to everything meant I was out-&-about too often.

Good location. Reasonable price. First front door key did not work. Needed to go to the front desk. Then the television didn't work. Aaron came in a timely way and was very helpful. Then the room was not made up by housekeeping. I was there two days. When I told the front desk eventually it was cleaned by a nice person. Other staff were friendly. Too many things did not go well for me to return. Many options in Denver.

I was there for a wedding and most of the attendees stayed at the Sheraton downtown on 16th Street Mall area. The Sheraton was definitely more convenient to the hub of the restaurants, etc. but it was nice staying in a smaller place.

The rooms were well appointed with spacious balconies, very comfy beds and the rooftop pool was great! Nice location in uptown Denver, walking distance to the capital, museums, cafes, etc, The man at the front dest (bob) who checked us in was impatient and not as tech savvy as he should gave been. He claimed he did not receive the reservation that we had made on booking.com for our two rooms. I am assuming he got a confirmation email the same time I did; two seconds after I booked the room. He said there was only one room left and that the four of us could stay in one room. We were a bit annoyed, it was supposed to be a "couples" night... Oh well.
